Thanks to a fantastic first interaction with Chad, our leasing agent, we discovered EVERYTHING on our checklist: chic amenities, granite countertops, big windows, killer views, lots to do in the winter months onsite, property access to the streetcar. With the River Market and library both one stop away —and Plexpod literally downstairs, FOR FREE— my life as a working parent just got 10x more efficient. I’ve toured at so many places Downtown, but Flashcube was by far my favorite! Jordan was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The amenities are unbeatable, with lots of cozy work from home spaces and plenty of amenities for sport lovers (soccer with turf, basketball court, pickle ball, and more)! When I was looking for apartments, I really struggled trying to find something that was not overpriced and had good amenities and didn’t feel cheap. After looking at countless places I found flashcube and had Chad help me at every step of the process. I definitely pay attention to every little detail and he was able to answer all my questions and more. Even offering suggestions of places to visit and things to see and do in the area. I am so impressed by this luxury apartment customer service and the building itself! I applied and got a response within the hour! Chad was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable! Chad gave me exactly what I wanted and met all of my needs! Also he’s been very helpful since this is my first time getting an apartment! I am moving in tomorrow and can not be more excited!!!!

Needed to find a place to live quickly, and Flashcube and Chad delivered. I was touring all of the units I wanted to see within 24 hours of reaching out, signed the lease in under a week. The units are very nice, and I’m excited to see the amenities. Extremely easy from start to finish. Great views too!

Chantel took her time and made sure that we got the apartment that fit our needs. She didn’t try and rush us into making a decision. I felt that she and my wife had made a connection. They talked about line dancing and other things. She and Jennifer have been awesome. They are always quick to respond to my emails with various questions. I know they are very busy and I really appreciate it. These apartments are located in a great area and in walking distance or a street car ride, which stops in front of the building, from everything that we need. My wife works downtown and it was important to find somewhere close to her job and Flashcube is in a perfect location. Safety is also important to us and believe we will be very safe here. I believe we will really enjoy are time here. I would highly recommend the Flashcube.

Great experience! Dealt with Chad and he was amazing! He showed us so many different apartments on different floors so my wife could pick the right one. Got us approved in a matter of days for a fast move in. Apartments are new, clean and well done.

The building is fantastic, and the management / leasing team there is leagues beyond what Ive experienced with other Kansas City property management companies!

I was very excited to move here... So construction is not complete here and you are issued a tentative move-in date. This has changed three times for me now and hey its been a month-and-a-half delay and it is still very tentative. I reached out and made the property aware that I would have to go in a different direction because I cannot keep my kids in a hotel. this property seems amazing thus far and I really got roped into the free rent but is not really a plus if I almost cant move in until the free rent is up. In my opinion the property knowingly knew that they were behind schedule a lot and are taking peoples money and getting a free $100 from a ton of people who just dont have that type of flexibility to wait months after they were told theyd be able to move in. I think this will be an amazing property once its done and business can be handled very straightforward but as of right now I wouldnt advise this unless you know you have the flexibility.

The staff here at Flashcube have been awesome in my move. I’m coming from Florida and they’re making my transition very smooth and easy; accommodating more than I could possibly imagine. Very happy with my choice to move here.

The team at Flashcube has been the most professional and helpful ever! We are relocating from another state and have no idea about KC. We were looking for apartments based off of reviews and ratings. We absolutely loved the apartments after doing a virtual tour, but we wanted to find something closer to our budget. We called several other apartments downtown and were surprised by the unprofessional, rude, and sometimes even condescending agents that we spoke with. After about 3 weeks of searching we decided to go with Flashcube. The amazing customer service sealed the deal for us. Chantel went above and beyond to help us find the perfect unit. We’re excited about our move and can’t wait until the building is complete!!!

Some friends and I have just moved in this week. It is absolutely amazing and Chad has been so friendly and helpful with our move in. Couldn’t have had a more easy move in!

Though my job re-located me and I was unable to move in, Chad in the leasing office was the most professional, curtious, and patient agent id ever worked with. He answered every question and I asked alot, sometimes twice!! I must of called 10 different times with questions and he always provided answers. It is a cool place and I couldnt refere Chad more to make your move seamless.

I am absolutely in LOVE with the FlashCube community. I submitted a form on apartments.com to express my interest and almost immediately I got a response. I continued to browse apartments in the area, but Chad emailed me to check in and that’s when I knew I would become a resident. The fact that they are so passionate and attentive to their future residents is amazing. Chad was out of the office when I replied and I received a prompt response from Jennifer. She was SO kind and asked all of the questions I never would have thought of. I told her I was looking for somewhere downtown with lots of natural lights, a bedroom that’ll fit my king bed and a window sill my cat could sit in. When she replied, “I am certain we will find the perfect place for you and Edgar !”, I wanted to cry. Moving from out of state to a new city can be extremely overwhelming, and she is a big reason why I feel like KC is “home” now. She gave a FaceTime tour of three different units and all of them are SO spacious and absolutely gorgeous. She was very thorough when showing the unit and giving details. I picked a unit (while still not even in the state) and I am SO proud to be a new tenant of FlashCube. Once I got to KC, she was able to actually walk me through a unit with the same foot plan (my floor isn’t ready yet), and I was shaking the whole time because I was just so excited. Oh! The elevators! Call and ask about the elevator system... mind-blowing!10/10, would recommend!
