Best experience I have ever had in buying a new car! We are out of state and live in Arkansas. I bought our new Escalade over the phone in less than 30 minutes. I just moved to the area from a different state and needed to find a new dealership to provide routine service on my cadillac, I was pleasantly surprised with Main Street. Staff was very friendly and professional. All service was completed in a timely fashion, I didnt have to wait nearly as long as I have at other service centers. I was in and out in an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

Found my vehicle through cargurus. Sent the dealer a message and got linked up with Matt Rasmussen within a couple hours. Living 6 hours away, it was a very difficult process. Matt was super helpful along the way! He sent me a personalized video tour of the vehicle and we were able to take care of a lot of logistics through text and phone calls. He was able to meet me an hour away to view the vehicle and let me test drive the vehicle back to the dealership. We were able to complete the paperwork and make the purchase without any hassle! My husband and I were very impressed by the knowledge and service we received from Matt Rasmussen, during our car buying experience. We love our new Cadillac! Matt made the process of trading in our 2015 Cadillac to our new 2020 Cadillac seamless. He had all of the paperwork ready and offered to meet us half way between Lincoln, NE and Kansas City to trade vehicles. Errol, our salesman, is very courteous, personable and professional. He made our trip from Topeka worthwhile. He went over all the features of our car and he took his time to make sure we knew everything and answered all of our questions. We have purchased many cars but we felt that this dealership went above the normal. We love the fact that we have a lifetime warranty on the powertrain that we have not found with other Cadillac dealerships.

VERY UNSATISIFIED...dont get paint protection because dealership changed name. And wont honor my paint protection contract and wont refund half of my $800.00 I paid for paint protection. Watch out for what you buy!! They just might change name again. I contacted John Sims 4 days ago and he was going to call ma back the next day, just like everybody else he didnt call back

The recent purchase we just made on the QX80 was the best sales experience that “WE” have ever had. Raphael was a great salesman and most certainly made our experience even greater. He took every effort to make sure that my wife was going to get the vehicle she wanted. He took every effort to comfort her in finding the right purchase for us as well as addressed our budget concerns. The rest of their staff was great, friendly and very personal. I went to MainStreet to look for a bit larger car to accommodate my 6’4” husband. Kodi to the rescue! She had the perfect car for our family; a 2019 Buick Enclave. No need to look further. She was there to answer our concerns & questions. When the car was ours she showed me all the bells & whistles. I had SiriusXM in my Encore, once I switched service’s to the Enclave she set it up for me. Kodi assured me she would help get settled in the Enclave, any questions or concerns come see her she’d take care of them. I’ll recommend Kodi to them!

Bob in service is the best. Pat hes good, but Bob he tells you the truth, calls back when he says, and is always glad to see you. My car was fixed well and they even found a brake light out I didnt know about. I recommend Conklin-Fangman to anyone who needs service on their vehicles.

The staff at Conklin Fangman understood my repair needs and had extensive knowledge of the special needs for a very rare Cadillac. The staff was able to locate outside venders that could rebuild parts that are no longer available. The staff keep me informed of each step and the projected timing for completion, actually delivering the car earlier than I expected at a cost less than I had anticipated. I would recommend them to always work in my Cadillac’s.

The best car buying experience that I have had. I stopped by on a whim one day, and they did not quite have the vehicle that I was looking for. Matt R. continued to look and found what I was looking for a few weeks later. The entire staff was very professional, and I did not feel pressured in any way. I was not pressured into buying a bunch of extra stuff at the end of the deal that is typical of other dealerships. I purchased my preowned 2018 Cadillac CT6 from Conklin on 07/08/19. Ive been very happy. I included pre-paid maintenance, and a long-term service contract. I had my latest maintenance this week. Conklin staff drove to my house in south KC, picked up my car, did the pre-paid maintenance, and returned my car to my house. At my stage of life during this difficult time, I have to be careful. Most folks comment only when there is negative news to report. When a company does it correctly, the public should know. This is my comment. At this point, I am a very happy camper.

The worst service I have ever experienced, the service department treated me like I was bothering them. My truck wasnt ready as it was supposed to be. My bill went from 75 to 1300 to 1450. The amount wasnt the issues, the fact no one wants to talk to customer. Never got a return call, I was treated the worst, Id never go back. They treated me like dont call us, dont ask any questions and just give me your money and leave.

I had gotten an estimate from another shop got an alignment on my 2000 DeVille. The quote was 576.19. I said no thank you and called Conklin Fangnam and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My total cost was 104.92 from the Dealership!! I felt like I saved so much money when in reality the Dealership did the job correct and for the correct price. Dont always believe that there dealership is always the highest bid.

I was there for an inspection. Your employee advised me I didn’t need it (due to recent changes). Due to my own negative experiences with the DMV, I insisted on having my car inspected anyway so I’d have “a note” for DMV.I REALLY would have appreciated a warning about the blocked street in front of your doors.

I have purchased several cars at this location ever since it was Major back in the day. I keep coming back because the staff there is amazing! They are legit no hassle straight up guys! I showed up and test drove the car for about 15 minutes went home decided I wanted it called them and told them to get it ready showed up had all the paperwork done and was in and out in about 25 minutes. As long as I live in Kansas City I will continue to buy my cars here.

Employees not on the same page. I was told in the phone one price. Dropped my car off an the price tripled when I got there. Then the mechanics basically said nothing was wrong an to try spark plugs then try fuel system cleaning. I asked if that would fix my problem and the mechanic exact word was he didnt know. So I paid and got told to try this and that but no one had a fix to my problem. Will never go back to this place. An dont recomend any one else to go here. They only concern was Money and not to find and fix the problem

I have used them to do work on our escalade for the past few years. Recently they did some tire work and broke the tire monitoring system. We told it back to them and had them look at other problems. Because of the tire monitoring system problem I wasnt sure I wanted them doing the work. So they told me what was wrong and we told them not to fix it and charge us the diagnostic testing fee. The services manager on the case was upset we didnt let them do the work and when my wife went in to pick up the truck the front light was hanging from the truck. They said it was broke when put it back together. It was not broken when we dropped it off. My wife began to explain to them that is wasnt broken and the service manager on the case began to talk down towards my wife in a way they was belittling and very unprofessional. So she called me and he was very dismissive with me so I ask her to speak to his manager and told my wife to start recording the conversation. The service general manager talk so belittling and half way racist towards my wife (which is all recorded). I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anymore.

Went to a mechanic to see if he could figure out what was wrong with my car and he didn’t car to look and told me to just bring it to Cadillac since you’d think they’d know how to work on Cadillacs. So after coming in and having them drive my car to hear the noise they fixed a wheel barring that wasn’t the problem with my car, so I left still hearing and feeling the noise. Brought my car back to the shop come to find out that it’s my drive train! So after I already gave them 650 they wanted an additional 1000+ to fix something that should’ve been fixed in the first place. Very disappointed
