Overall our experience was excellent. Corey for the most part had the deal done before we got there. There was a managers $1000.00 rebate but I guess I did not qualify. It never was really explained to me why I did not qualify it thatβs ok. Other than that very happy with the truck, the dealership and the deal.
Sammie was great to work with. He made sure we were able to take our vehicle on the day we decided to purchase it. He even prepped the vehicle himself since it had just come off the truck.

First experience they sold me a lemon, ended up with another vehicle after a fight. Went back a second time, why I dont know!! Because the salesman Sal and office help was very rude!!!! Ended up purchasing a different vehicle at another car lot, Im very happy! Thanks for nothing Nissan, I will never be back to spend my hard earned money.
Terrible experience. First they were trying to pressure me to commit to purchasing a Lx470 that hadnt been inspected or serviced because they wanted to sell to a wholesaler. We got multiple texts and calls saying we needed to hurry up a commit before they sold it to a wholesaler. Then they continued to try to get us to let them run our credit after we told them several times we had financing in place. In my opinion it was because we are of a certain ethnicity group. They showed us high interest rate payments and high down payments. After finally realizing we didnt need their financing was told they would sell it to us. After committing to a price we didnt hear from them. Was told they were going to get it ready to pass inspection. At this point we had to call them for updates.after several excuses, we were told they were goin to sell to the wholesaler. This is after me calling for a update.. There were some issues they didnt want to address and was to lazy/cheap to make a effort to fix.

I went in for 75k recommended maintenance on my nissan spent couple of hundred dollars! And came back with low washer fluid warning! I feel like questioning everything as simple thing as addicting washer fluid was not done ! Donβt feel comfortable!
Unfortunately, I brought my car for service and they kept my Battery soft cover in the shop ( I assume by mistake!). I called same day after finding out that it was missing and I was told they will keep it until I come and pick it up. I told them I will come pick it up after coming back to town in few weeks from my overseas trip. I drove 25 min to their dealership to pick up to cover after coming back and surely enough it was not mine ( they gave me a cheap dirty looking hard cover). I told Hunter the service guy that this is not mine and that I would appreciated if I can get similar cover. He told me he will check with his manager to see if they can order one and that he will call me back.... 5 days later and surely enough he never called! I called several times and every time they transfer me to someone who never picks up the phone or calls back! so frustrating!!!
No way this place has 4 stars..Crooks!! I have a friend who they charged $500 to change a battery terminal. Make it worse the car really needed an alternator instead!! Youre better off finding a good mechanic or patronizing Nissan in KS. Stay away!!
I give the sales part a 5, great customer service and helped me get into the right car for me, but for the service part no stars both times I have had to deal with the girl at the front window is horrible! The 1st time it seemed to bother her that I was there and asking questions, the 2 nd time I didnt know where I was supposed to go and she didnt look up from her phone the whole time I was asking questions about where I need to be, she simply said through the door!!! There is like 10 different doors! I realize help is hard to come by, but this girl doesnt like her job at all
This was hands down the best car buying experience Iβve had. I came in looked at two cars and was immediately greeted by Corey Lande. He asked what I was looking for and immediately found me options. There was no pressure to buy that day I was able to go home with numbers and options to sleep on. Seevice Advisor, Aaron was fantastic when came in with a problem they had worked on a number of times. Had a technician look at the trouble quickly but no apparent problem found. When returning the keys he thought the remote battery was weak and quickly replaced remote battery which may have been causing problem. Overall good response to an electrical problem which can be tough to track down.

I was in for my regular service maintenance. You have a new system to notify customers about additional vehicle work and I like it. It is contactless and detailed including the price. It gave me the option to accept/approve, deny, or schedule another appointment.

Good car. Okay deal. The worst problem was they could not get a car financed for my son, even with a exceptional credit score on the co-signer. The whole deal left me with a less than good opinion on them. Maybe unfair but not approving a co-sign with A+ credit is puzzling.
I came to State Line Nissan after finding out Hendrick Nissan closed their doors. I had a screw in my tire and the service center took care of me very quickly and efficiently. Everything was great, didnt take them long to do what was requested. However, they didnt reset my computer so now every time I start the car it still gives me the oil and filter warning. Its no big deal to reset it but just wanted you to be aware.

Had to bring my vehicle in for Oil change. Had planned to do it on Sat. Weather for Saturday concerned me. I called to change appointment. Service person was very nice and advised if I could come in by 4:30 Friday they would work me in. I arrived early and they able to work me in very quickly. Friendly staff.
Since buying Murano 2003 at State Line, have never gone anywhere else. Service is great. Personal courteous. My favorite is Justin...trust him implicitedly and really like how he treats me whatever the reason I call.

New to Kansas City, Missouri. First time customer. Needed an ID/OD report. Aaron Lautt made me feel totally welcomed as a customer. Needed something else the next day and was treated exceptionally well by Aaron and parts department staff. Went to look at used cars for my wife and was welcomed enthusiastically by Little John and assisted by Beth Hammond. I will return to this location for my future service needs and purchases - although there are other Nissan dealerships in the area. They won me over!
The appointment process was very easy, however the experience upon arriving and waiting for the repair to be completed left a lot to be desired comparatively speaking. My former car is a Mercedes R350. My husband drives a Lexus LS430. It was surprising not to be offered a loaner or courtesy car in lieu of waiting in the lobby for my service to be completed. The service βlobbyβ is just that a lobby, there were two large vending machines and a television but no courtesy snacks or drinks and we were directly in the line of sight and sound of the workers. Who proceeded to discuss another customer in a negative manner unbeknownst to them she (name omitted to protect her privacy) is my ex-sister in law!! New cars are pretty much the same, itβs the consumer experience that sets dealerships a part from each other. The cramped space, incessant telephone ringing, and unprofessionalism left me with a bit of a sour taste. This was my FIRST visit to this particular dealer and second overall service with Nissan. So far, I am not a fan.Edit 3/8 I have an appointment for service with Justin. I attempt to drop it off Sunday evening to no avail. So I return this morning and literally wait 15 mins to be met with the rude service tech AARON when I said this experience was not working well he said βI just work here...β β canβt wait to get out of this Nissan. By the way, I never heard anything from the previous experience so I lowered the review a star for lack of follow through.

My services were not complete (the audio tuner on my steering wheel was not fixed/I wasnβt given a quote), and I overheard an employee tell a customer he doesnβt trust the covid vaccine and itβs all propaganda. That misinformation is dangerous to public health and extremely unprofessional in these circumstances.
I went to Stateline Nissan to have a recalled air bag replaced. Prior to my visit, I noticed the connectors to my car battery were lose and in order to get my car to start (every time) it had to be tampered with. Not only was my air bag replaced, but the lovely gentleman (I wish I knew his name) corrected the issue I was having with my car battery. Completely and utterly appreciated, impressed and satisfied with their service. Thank you!!!
Mike Tolbert did a wonderful job of guiding me through the purchase of my Rogue. I never purchased a car on my own & I didnβt plan on driving out in my new Rogue that day. I wasnβt nervous, because he explained everything from the financing to how to operate my Rogue. Johnny also helped with get some vehicles that met what I wanted in a vehicle. Aaron was awesome. He kept me well informed of what was happening while my car was being serviced. He let me know about some future maintenance that I should save for to keep me and my family safe on the road. I was never pressured into fixing my car right then and there. He went out of his way to also drive my car around the lot because the delivery truck blocked the exit. He has been the first service personnel to talk to me step by step about the condition of my car and I never felt like I was being ripped off into fixing something that didnt need to be fixed.

I brought my car in previously to get a diagnostic check. Aaron helped me to identify the issue, which was that I needed to get my transmission replaced, and also was able to call my extended warranty to check what would be covered to get it fixed.When I brought my car in most recently, it was to get the transmission replaced. Aaron gave me the best time estimates he could to how much time I would be without a car, and when the repairs took longer than expected, he gave me a rental car to use free of charge, which I appreciate so much because I was really running out of groceries at that point.Overall the service was so much more than I expected, and Im extremely grateful to have worked with Aaron and State Line Nissan, and will continue to go to get repairs done there in the future.

My experience with State Line Nissan was the best ever in the fifty years that Iβve been buying vehicles. I had a particular model and color that I was looking for. The staff said that they had one in transit and I agreed to wait the two or three weeks. The next day they called me and said they had found one, exactly what I wanted, and could have it the next day. When I pulled into the lot, they had it prepped and ready for me. My wife and I test drove it, finished all paper work, and were introduced to the service department to set up my first service appointment. Excellent dealer-Excellent car.

The crew at State Line are always professional and polite. I brought in my Maxima because it seemed to have lost power, but was still mobile. I called to make an appointment and when the car was towed, Justin was immediately there to speak with me. He discussed some options and promised to follow up asap. He called me the next day and told me what happened, that it was diagnosed, the crew members drove it to ensure it was fine and I picked it up! It has over 140,000 miles and only this crew has serviced it and I will continue to take it there. They are all very knowledgeable and respectful of my time. My car rarely if ever has had any issues because I take it in regularly, as advised and as a result the car takes care of me. Jeff Johnson and Justin Charles are true gems in a business that gets a bad rap. They are the gold standard.

I brought both my Altima from here only because of Floydd. Every time I go in for an oil change, Iβm there for more than two hours until I say something then my car is ready. This is ridiculous and no one seems to care

I felt like i was an imposition. I got the 5k pacakage and i like getting the multi point inspection so i am aware of the condition of my vehicle and can look into additional services on my next visit and preventative maintenance. I never got that. So now i have to schedule an appointment elsewhere to find out what i may need. Especially brakes, tires and alignment. I dont believe i will be back and will Start going to another local Nissan dealership .I reached out to the GM a week ago as ssked. Was told someone would reach out. Still have not heard anything. I also ordered a small part on 10/1 was told it would be in early the next week. Still havent gotten a call.

I came in for an oil change and because I was hearing a rumbling underneath my car. I had also received a postcard saying that my transmission could be faulty. Aaron Lautt was the advisor who assisted me. He checked to see if there were any recalls at all for my vehicle and found there were none, including the transmission. He figured everything out, told me the prices for each service and he even told me that he wasnt going to do an item because it wouldnt benefit me to have it done at this time. This was once again an excellent visit to State Line Nissan and Im definitely returning when I need some larger service items done.
