Mike was extremely patient and worked around my schedule. They were professional and attentive in fixing the issue with my car then some larger mechanic shop. Bigger aint always better.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Went to a Chiefs game Sunday night and our trailblazer broke down. Being a service advisor from Omaha, I know the auto repair game. Lou is a straight shooter with great prices. As stated above, I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I took my car in for an inspection and they had me in and out within 20minutes. In that time they helped me replace a brake light and showed me why I need an alignment. Very honest people. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Customer service has taken a hit since ownership changed hands. Had a simple oil change scheduled on my day off. Showed up on time and sat in the lobby for 20 minutes and never talked to anybody who worked there.

Had front brake work done and an oil change for a reasonable price.A must place to work on your vehicle.Thank you guys.

Ive known Lou for 7 years. I tried to tell him that I needed new brakes but he inspected and told me I only needed them cleaned. Hes very honest. He inspected my lexus and recommended some repairs...I took the same car to the dealership and they said the same thing.

This is a great place for a quick oil change and state inspection. I was in and out without an appointment. A great price, no frills.

The owner is a very honest man he repairs what needs to be repaired he doesnt cheat you he is not going to tell you it didnt need something that it dont thats why I take my car up there.

I personally have never been there but I have heard from several families that guy that owned the place will try and swindle you into thinking you vehicle is on it last leg when its really not.

I got my car inspected at Smart Auto Sales and Service today. I have had this car for two years, and to get my licenses plate and tags the first time I came here; to get my inspection: passed. So as my tags are coming to an end this year, I thought I would just go back. Keep in mind, I have never been in an accident, I have had routine maintenance done on my car. I like to keep my car at its best. I have 3 kids to worry about that ride in my car.The inspector does my inspection .. he goes and discusses with his other mechanic and then he comes up to me and says, oh your horn on your car is too low. WHAT? According to the front desk lady your horn is lower than a bicycle horn So I had to pay them for the inspection that they didnt pass me for. And I asked them, well how does my horn not work, what decibel is up to par and they said oh idk you just cant hear it over regular traffic and I was watching them do the inspection.. And there were cars that stopped when they tested my horn in their garage. So if people from the street can hear my horn from in their garage and yield.. how is it not up to par?The gentleman that did my inspection said well your horn works, but its so so low no one will hear you if your were to honk it. I will put some a horn in for 50 dollars.So as I was pulling out, I honked my horn and other cars moved and stopped on their brakes when they heard me honking.It was just a waste of my time and money. I took my car down the street to another car inspection garage and I didnt say one thing about just having my car inspected at Smart Auto Sales and this garage passed my car. So how does my car pass only 5 minute later, when I just drove to another garage? My horn must of repaired itself!I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me because I was young. And they didnt think I was going to get a second opinion.I was referred here, it was a mistake to come back. I will be sure to NOT recommend this place to other people for automobile assistances.

Went here for a few years, my go to shop. Felt they were honest with me. The past few visits left me feeling perhaps screwed. Even an oil change turned into a thing. Like its an oil change. And the owner was super defensive, nearly confrontational, arguing with me. Ok. Moving along, thanks for the memories.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! told me my 03 Ford Escape failed because the emergency brake isnt functioning, and that depending, it could cost up to 500.00 to repair it..Called the Missouri HWY Patrol and was told my car doesnt even need an emergency brake to pass! SHADY BUSINESS BEWARE!
