Exceptional effort to get our vehicle done as quickly as possible. Owner even had an employee drive one hour to pick up the auto computer replacement needed so we would not have to wait 3 days for delivery! I cried when called that it was done today — was not expecting that. The SUV is running great! Rite Rate was recommended to us by an auto detail owner who told me the owner was a “stand up guy”, that they know what they are doing, he’s taken his business cars there for years, and I would not find a better deal. Fernando kept me updated and she was wonderful. Everyone there was very friendly. I took my friend’s car here with urgent need and will definitely use Rite Rate for my own car. The price was very good —expensive because a computer burned, but very fair price.

I came to this place looking to get my A/C repaired and I not only got great customer service but everyone there knew what they were doing and they really helped me to get what I was looking for and in about an hour I left I with the A/C working very well in my car!

I had my car in there last week. i needed a few things worked on. Stephen went out of his way to explain to me what needed to be done and showed me what he was going to do. Once he was done he took the time to show me what he did and asked if there was anything else i needed help on. I would recommend them to anyone how need mechanic work of any kind to give them a call. They are always willing to help.

Worthless place they keep lying how they be fixing your car and then when you try to inquire about your car the owner becomes aggressive and call the cops on you saying you are trespassing.worst place ever
