I spent over 2k and unfortunately they couldnt fix my alignment problem 😕...

As soon as my truck was in the shop, they put a tech right on it. The tech kept me informed as to what he found that needed fixed and asked for the green light. My truck was in overnight, so they gave me a ride to a hotel. I have been looking for a shop to do my repairs on a regular basis, so well see if they fit. For right now, Im definitely coming back to them.

Awesome place!! Even had a lil problem, but it got resolved without a hassle. Management worked me in same day even when my appt was 3 days away. They answered all my questions and took what could have been an horrible experience, and kept it to where I will still go back and get all my semi truck work done there. Went there looking for a job, other than that I couldnt tell ya anything about the place.

My semi tractor trailer was broken down with a blown super single in KCK. Me, not knowing a soul in these parts, called T&E based on a Google search.Man, did I hit a homerun! Kyle was very attentive to my situation and sent a service tech to me immediately (even with it being after 5pm). Once the tech arrived, he jacked the tire on my fully loaded (79000lb) semi and LITERALLY swapped the tire within 10 minutes!These guys are awesome!

Had a bunch of work done there...will be returning!! They are true class acts. They lowered my bill because of the amount of work I had done and the time it took...they quoted less time and we ended up staying longer than expected. The work was very high quality and they didnt use cheap parts like some of their competitors do. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable mechanics. I would give 10 stars if it were possible...thats just how good they are.

The best in town! I called and spoke with Jerry and told him the issue with my tire (loosing air due to a nail). My tire had AMAZING tread and was in great condition other than the nail. I was told by big box service stations that I needed a new tire and they would not do any work on it.Came here and was helped immediately by Manuel and within 30 minutes my tire was taken care of while I waited in the lobby. Great team, friendly service, affordable service and super fast for me being a walk in client!

Had a really great experience here. The staff is helpful while being friendly and fast. I came in for a new tire. Because of the size- no one in town has my tires on hand. They just had to pop over to the warehouse and got my new tire the same day- no waiting the extra day to order. So pleased I was able to call, verify, come in and have the work done within an hour. Great shop. Watch out for BIG trucks- they service a lot there!

These guys are great. Perfectionists at there trade. I never knew mounting tires on a rim could go so absolutely wrong until I was shown a mismounted tire. MINE..... These guys dont mismount tires. They have a mounting system in place that keeps this from happening.Oh, and by the way, Thanks Richard.....you were right on with the bags for balancing. I dont notice them at all.Thanks T&E, your service is outstanding and I will be back.

I want there because I was having a problem with my car something was pulling the charge off my car battery . The guys that work there spent almost two hours looking trying to figure out what was causing it and they couldnt find it and usually its $160 for them to do that per hour I was so afraid to see the bill. So when they brought me my keys I asked him how much I owe them they told me nothing they couldnt find the cause of it so they didnt charge me anything Ive never heard of a company doing this before but I thought it was really awesome of them to do that for me and not take any money for it at all so I highly recommend T&E.

These guys were great. I didnt have an appointment, but they got me in and fixed my big truck tire in less than an hour and only charged me $30.00. I think I paid more than that for my last light truck tire repair I got. AND THEY PATCHED IT, meaning they had to dismount the tire and everything. A lot of work for a very reasonable price I think. The mechanics were very friendly as well. I will definitely be back.

These folks are top of the line. Every time I have an issue near KC I give them a call. Was losing air last night, got there at 7 pm. They could find a plug to fit so they went and got the part and fixed it within the hour. Can’t say enough good about these folks. You can’t go wrong taking your big truck to them!

A misunderstanding involving a truck advertising T & E on their mudflats turned out not to be affiliated with their company. T & E were professional, patient, and polite in their investigation and explanation.

I want to thank Brady & Kyle for the excellent service! After traveling from out of town to a Royals game I unfortunately picked up a bolt in my front tire. Keep in mind that this was at 8:30 at night when every other tire shop was closed. Although my tire was unsalvageable due to the size of the hole they were able to find an exact make/match used tire with the same tire tread as the others on my vehicle. They were extremely professional, welcoming and put me back on the road within 20 minutes. They truly define great customer service. My hat is off to these two. Thanks again! Kurt

My two tires were flat, everywhere was closed. I called and talked to Manny. I had to drag out my littles ones with me and he came out, got me right in. The guys fixed my tires while my little guy slept in the back seat peacefully! Absolutely one of the best places ever.

They do have good prices on tires. They can take a little longer then I have time for but its worth it. I like the people around here and their work is usually very good. I come in here all the time and I dont regret it.

Got a nail in a tire on a recent trip to KC. They were open until 10pm, thankfully, and got the tire repaired quickly. Saved us from cancelling our plans the next day. Highly recommended.

Chris is a top notch guy who stands behind everything. He had his crew working late into the night to finish a long list on my truck at the 2016 CMC Event. He and Atro stood behind the spring bushings that wore out prematurely. I wasn’t expecting any warranty support, figuring it was just wear and tear of running a day cab in the north east. I wasn’t able to get out to Kansas City to have the work done again, so I had the labor done locally after Chris sent me new bushings and he sent me a check for the labor!

I can’t speak highly enough of the folks at T&E. They’re as quick as they can possibly be. I made an appointment a week ago to have new steer tires and Tru Balance centering sleeves put on my truck (plus any unexpected suspension work that Chad, next door at Alignment Solutions found to be problematic). I showed up almost a full day early just because I made better time than I expected when i made the appointment and after a brief wait, they got me taken care of. These folks work HARD and they bend over backwards to take care of you. It’s rare to find a shop where you walk away feeling like you got your money’s worth.This is my first time here, it surely won’t be my last. I’ll be making appointments to do other things down the road. Thanks Chris and team!

Replaced two new steer tires. Got a 3 axle MD alignment from Chad.While i was there i got two used steer tires with plenty of tread for my trailer. They did a good job.

It was 6 degrees outside at 7:00 pm and my tire pressure light on my Dodge pickup comes on. I try a pump at a gas station and its frozen. No tire stores open until 8 am. I found T & E on Google so I drove over. They were kind enough to check and air my tires for me. When I offered to pay them, they declined. That is true customer service.

Had one of the equipment trailers get a flat and they came out with in an hour to service it. Upon inspection noticed it had some bad studs. They took the trailer back to their shop and serviced the studs then returned it to the site!!The best service ever!!
