We drove three hours to buy this car and Jeff Breaux made the experience worth every minute. He was patient and thorough. The first visit to Hendrick Lexus was to do some comparisons to our 2019 Honda Pilot Elite. The comparison was quite shocking after a test drive. My partner, Fred Messer was hooked on the first mile. We have owned several up-scale vehicles in the past, but the 350 RX Lexus was equal to or exceeded any comparisons with the Buick models we have had and the High Country Chevrolet, all of which were quiet riding comfortable vehicles. The Lexus was VERY quiet and smooth riding. We look forward to many miles of comfort in our retirement.The sales representative, Steve Kiltner, was able to answer all our questions concerning the Lexus and the various avenues of financing the purchase. This resulted in our putting a down payment on a Lexus that still had not arrived at your dealership. There was no HIGH PRESSURE to sign anything, Steve made some very good points that since we really liked the car and the 350 RX coming we would not have to worry about some one else getting to it before us, and with the current lack of autos both new and used, it was in our favor to get what we wanted. We did not set out to purchase a vehicle, but the location of your dealership, along with Steves ability to provide answers to our questions and the Lexus itself, well, here we are with a 2022 Lexus 350 RX.

Just brought my -new-to-me ES300 in for my first oil change and my experience was great. I was greeted by a very nice lady, didnt catch her name. I met Paul who was very professional and polite. Today I had a tire/wheel issue requiring efforts to get my car to the Hendricks Lexus KC North. Every single person I dealt with did an incredible job...from the gal from service who initially took my call to everyone I interfaced with once at the dealership. Complicating matters it was to near closing time and busy, but every single person in the service department was hustling and working together, and uniformly professional and pleasant. Guarantee, all customers I saw were happy, especially me. Justin Combs was especially impressive, as has Michael Taylor been on previous occasions. Paul Tracy, the service manager, even checked in on me, and other customers, to make sure our needs were being addressed. All I can say is amazing dealership...would not go anywhere else.

Service advisor was Justin combs. I had a stereo issue where the car would stop playing music at random, they were happy to take it in for repairs. It took some diagnosing but eventually they got it fixed by replacing a bad sub and amp, got it all covered under warranty and they had me in two different service loaner cars free of charge. Really have no complaints, car sounds better than ever.

Justin Combs at Lexus KC North is tops in the country! Have been a Lexus owner since 2013 and been to dealerships in Kansas, Atlanta, Florida, and Dallas. He is by far the best around. Very knowledgeable, great customer service, and just an all around good dude. Always has clients interest in mind and is trying to save you money with all the service specials Lexus runs. He was at Lexus in Merriam, KS which was much closer to my house but worth the extra drive to visit KC North to have him take care of you.Recently was in an accident and totaled my Lexus, purchased a used Lexus from a private party and when I drove it back, he and the service team brought it up to Lexus standards so now its like a brand new car!

Excellent experience. Not pressured. When I realized that I had incorrectly selected the color of the vehicle that I wanted, they went out of their way to change the agreement so I could get what I wanted.
