This is my 2nd time using Christian Bros. Liberty MO.I brought in my daughters car with several issues, and they were able to get me in and out of the shop in one day.After my 1st visit I was totally satisfied with them working on my Hummer, and so far so good on my Daughters car. I will use them again but hope I don’t have to.

They were very nice and understanding, I appreciate them so much! It’s hard finding people to trust and they explain everything to you so there’s no confusion. I took my car in one day, and then got it the very next day!! I will use them for any and all of my future car needs!

They were very polite and had all info available online or via text, which was nice, but I can’t recommend based on price. By getting it done elsewhere I paid half what they were quoting, which was very important to me, since I couldn’t really afford the fix in the first place. It feels like their whole gig is charging extra for the privilege of a few nice things that aren’t really necessary. But hey, clean waiting room.

They got me in quickly, performed as promised. They were efficient and did a great job of explaining what they found and how they adjusted the front end to get within the manufacture specs.

These locations have to be the cleanest automotive workshops I have ever been inside. The waiting areas have comfortable seating beverages and free Wi-Fi. The service that I have received has been speedy and I feel like Im getting the truth from the mechanic. The staff at the front desk is helpful and courteous and I would recommend this establishment to anybody that needs their vehicle repaired.

It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days, unless you happen to be friends with one. These guys are friendly, honest, and fairly priced. When I say fairly priced, the Honda dealership wanted a few hundred more for the same repair. Great place!

We were very happy with the service at Christian Brothers. They were able to get us in on short notice when the alternator went out on the vehicle. We were leaving town the day after and they worked us in so that we could still take our trip. Thank you for the great customer service!

A great trustworthy business. They were very quick to inspect and give an estimate. I liked they texted the estimate separating different services so I could accept or decline each individually. They let me know once parts were in and then once ready. Turnaround was only a day and a half for multiple repairs. Price was half the dealership price and service and experience was better. I will continue to use this shop.

It was a little touch’n go. The fourth visit was a charm. I did call head quarters after the third visit. At that point we spent 2,400.00 and the problem had not been fixed. Everyone was professional. So far so good.

This is the second time using Christian Brothers and both times we received great service at a great price. I did not think twice about taking my car here this time.

Ive used the Liberty location Christian Brothers since they opened. I send all my family there and all my friends there. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.The staff is friendly, mechanics are competent, and if they dont find something wrong they dont go looking for something wrong just to repair.In short they are professional, competent, and trustworthy.

While not giving it 5 stars, some things are very concerning to me. I hope that customers realize being a Christian business, doesnt mean you come into their place and monopolize their time. They may just be to nice to tell you, keep your personal business outside. Shaking My Head!! 🤨🤨🤨🤨

If the estimate looks high, get a 2nd opinion. Brought my daughter’s car in for an unusual sound from the engine bay. CB correctly noted water pump was failing causing the sound but also recommended replacing wheel bearings and serpentine belt (both had been replaced within last 5k miles) totaling more than $1900. Parts on the estimate were double full retail, for example the water pump was noted as $240 (OEM Toyota water pump is $120). Had the pump replaced elsewhere for $375 total, completely addressing the necessary repair. I’m sure CB would have done a fine job, but their estimate was padded with unnecessary repairs and excessive parts charges.

I am new to Missouri and was unaware I had to get a inspection completed on my car. I had called several other people prior and no one could get me in door wanted to deal with a simple inspection. I called Christian brothers and they were very kind on the phone understood my dilemma and said come right in. Everybody there had a great attitude and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely use them again in the future to take care of my vehicles. The people are great and the facility is very very nice and clean!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency. The waiting room and bathroom are super clean and comfortable. I was in and out quickly and felt the price was very good.

I thought my brakes may need replaced prior to heading out on vacation. They evaluated the situation and said nope you’re good. Spend your money enjoying your vacation rather than brakes which are not needed at this time. Other shops would have charged me for new brakes but not Christian Brothers who did the right thing just because it was the right thing to do.

My husband and I have been very happy with the service from Christian Brothers Automotive. They have been very friendly, and professional. We like that they will update you when they are done inspecting your car, and they will let you know about future work that needs to be done.

Didnt get a chance to take my car in, because I found the patience within myself to continue the fix I started. (Bad compressor replacement, and couldnt get the refrigerant to take. Turns out, you build it past a point, it blows the oil through, and then takes the fill) However, when I called to schedule the appointment for the A/C repair, the customer service clerk I was scheduling with was super helpful. Although they couldnt schedule me that day, he was very apologetic that they didnt have time, and helped explain to the best of his knowledge the resolution to the issue I was explaining with the best of my knowledge. Tips and tricks arent free which is why good maintenance costs, and this clerk didnt have an issue with helping me at all. I usually do all my own car work because I dont trust my car in the hands of anybody else, but in the future Id use this shop, and quality customer service whenever needed! Will recommend to others, when asked where to visit for car needs!

After explaining thoroughly what the issue with my vehicle was I was charged $141 for an inspection. I knew the issue and explained it when I dropped it off. Not a great value at all, professional staff none the less. They could be more thorough in their questioning so you arent charged $141 for an inspection.

Very speedy oil change but was 1/2 way home and noticed they did not close my hood all the way. Went right back and the gentleman was very apologetic. Mistakes happen.

Excellent communication. Car was finished on time. Their complimentary car inspection was fully documented by photos showing items checked. We will use Christian Brothers in the future for our car care needs.

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers and WOW! They blew me away with their professionalism and communication. When I arrived with my vehicle, for a front end alignment, I was informed as to what to expect. If any additional work needed to be done, they would provide me an estimate of what they felt needed to be addressed. They immediately took my car (I had an appointment) and the car was ready within 45 minutes. The car handles great! Great job and you have a loyal customer now. 10 out of 10!!

I had my VW Jettas wheels aligned. They were on time, offered a ride to/from (although I didnt need one) and sent a text when my car was ready - less than an hour later. Im very pleased with the courtesy and service I received!

Ive been taking my car here for oil changes for two years now and they always provide excellent work and the staff are really friendly as well! This time I had to get my alternator replaced. It was a good price and they dont try to overly charge for labor. Great business and great people! 10/10 would recommend

Had a problem with the clutch on my manual transmission. CBA was able to figure out the problem and provide a solution for less money than I was expecting.

I had my 2015 Jaguar XF there for an alignment. The front wheel bearing was bad, so they changed that out. A day later the wheel bearing failed again, and ruined the axle, due to a manufacturer defect. Christian Brothers stood behind their work and replaced everything for free. They also mounted and balanced a set tires I brought to them for free. I would highly recommend them to work on your vehicle. They have top notch customer service. Cameron, one of their employees, was great to work with, and kept me informed through out the entire process. He is a great asset to their company!

About a year ago during the summer time I had a new starter installed by Christian Brothers in my Toyota Tundra. Whenever the vehicle was sitting in the cold the starter would get stuck during initial start. This would only happen in very cold weather. I had to wait till this winter to duplicate what was happening. I explained what was happening and indeed there was a problem with the starter. Christian Brothers took care of it immediately under warranty and I had no problems with them honoring the warranty. Great service and got it done fast . They even offered to provide a ride, which i did not need but good to know it’s available.Thanks all. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great place to get your repairs for your auto. Staff is very knowledgeable of auto repair. Costs are much more reasonable than the dealers. I trust when I get a repair done there that it is a quality job at a good price. They have a great warranty to back up the work completed. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs. Great people to work with.

CB is always professional and courteous. Most importantly, they have the highest standards for their mechanics and staff. Having said that I also appreciate, above all else, the fact that they are totally honest and trustworthy.I used to go to the dealership and always had to deal with them recommending an additional $500, $600, and $700+ worth of “necessary” work. Even if I just went in for an oil change they’d always find some issue that needed “immediate” attention. I’ve never had that experience with Christian Brothers. They’ve always treated me and my family with integrity and respect. They’re honest brokers.

I can always count on the team at my Christian Brothers to service my vehicles, and treat me, with integrity. Thats just not a given in this world anymore.

I had a electrical problem with broken wires to my automatic latch on my PT CRUISER CONVERTIBLE lift gate and 3rd brake light they did a excellent job and the price was very reasonable for the work they had to do. I have used them once before for Brake rotor and wheel failure on my Chevy Silverado was happy then now happy for PT CRUISER CONVERTIBLE

Absolutely unprofessional! Nothing was broken down in diagnosis pricing when checking in my vehicle. Was checked in by Cameron and said it would be warranty work. I get the estimate and I owe $500 and was not a warranty issue. My complaint is that $200 in testing fees was not explained at check in. They have cameras in the lobby and say they cant pull the audio or video and they have to believe the employee explained everything to me. They are brushing me off as some dumb uneducated woman because some kid at the counter lied to protect himself! And they call themselves Christians.

My truck went into “limp” mode. Christian Brothers discovered an issue with the throttle body. Through their routine inspection, they also found my failing lower ball joints. They repaired everything in 2 days and I was quickly back on the road. The customer service is impeccable and their honesty is what truly draws me back every time I need a vehicle worked on. Hands down...the best in the northland.

Randy went above and beyon. Once he the problem was diagnosed he called the dealership verified the car was still under warranty had a conversation with there mechanic and called me. I was able to have it towed from Christian Brothers to Randy Reed and it will fixed by Tuesday! Amazingly good people! They even have me a ridge from there shop in Liberty back to Wood Heights!

Just make sure if you have a coupon for them that you are at the right store as they wont honor it if it isnt that store even with several locations in the kc area.

I cant recommend Christian Brothers enough. Ive been going to them for years, always receive the best service and quality work.What made me decide to stick with them: Id had them do a service on my vehicle, where they replaced the spark plugs. I brought it back 6 months later and the recommended service at that time included a spark plug change. Instead of just doing it and charging me (since Id forgotten it was done last time) they called me and told me about it, and didnt rip me off. Theyre just honest people.

I just came in for an oil change but in between my booking the appointment and arriving my headlight was out. I dropped off my car and adding the lights to their workload was no problem. I was surprised to get a thank for stopping by with us text message from them. A very nice touch. My car was done within a few hours, another text letting me know it was ready and thanking me again. I was very impressed with how accommodating and fast they were. I called them with 30 minutes left to get my car legal and they got me an inspection and got me in and out of there within 20 minutes so I could make it to the DMV on time.

You really cant find a better place to take your car for work - as a side note I found out that they offer customers a ride to and from CBA when theyre working on your vehicle, along with other free amenities and checks when getting a repair. Highly recommended!

We have used Christian Brothers several time and have been completely satisfied every time. Their picking us up at our house and taking us to the shop to get our car was really handy. They have a good warranty and we have had occation to use it and they were great. No hassle and replaced our defective part at no cost to us. Employees are all pleasant and helpful. Their prices are competitive. Getting a car fixed is not fun, but getting it done with no hassle and promptly is all you can hope for. Also had battery installed and it was done promptly and at a competitive price

They were great at communicating throughout the whole process and very quick. My car was in and out in less than 8 hours. The only thing I would’ve liked, was more photo evidence of the issue. I was informed there were 8 wires damaged. I received only one picture.

I have taken my vehicles here for over 10 years. They are very honest and straight forward on what needs to be repaired and what could wait.

Took my truck in to get an understanding of why my windshield washer fluid was not working. They had it fixed and running within an hour. Very satisfied with the fast repair and amazing price!

Not knowing that I did not have the proper funds in my account when picking up my car or I would have never ever made my appointment to get my car fixed which you dont need to make an appointment there because my appointment was at 8am thinking and was told when I made my appointment that it would be done no later than an hour and a half and if it took longer than an hour half there would be problems. two and a half hours later I had to call up there and see if there was a problem with my car since I had not heard anything. I had appointments scheduled all day to get my car worked on at various places the gentleman told me that my car hasnt even been started it was. 10:30. 2.5 hours after my scheduled appt. but why have an appointment at 8 if youre not going to be able to pick up your car until 2:30 in the afternoon just saying however I didnt have the proper funds I asked him if I could leave my drivers license credit card purse rings everything and just let me take a 20 minute trip to go pick up the correct amount of funds and come back and pick up my car but they would not allow me to do this therefore I had to wait two and a half hours for a ride to be picked up and by the time I got back they were closed so I had to wait an extra day to go back and pay the proper funding and pick up my car it would have just been nice for them to keep my drivers license wallet purse with them and let me drive my own car to go grab some more money and come back and pay instead of treating me like I was never coming back again

Christian Brothers have been servicing my car for little over a year now, every time the experiences have been great. The workers go above and beyond, and I really like they have the same mechanic work on my car each time. They really care about the customer and their car.I would highly recommend this business!

I LOVE Christian Brothers! From the first phone call to make the appointment, to the end of the appointment; every staff member is courteous, friendly, accommodating, talented, and the Christian music playing in the background is a nice touch and fun to sing along with.
