I appreciated that he found a cabin filter that needed to be changed because I had been noticing an unpleasant odor and didnt know where it was coming from. I also liked that he mentioned items that would probably need replacement on the next oil change: disc brake pads and tires while explaining why with my low monthly mileage it was not necessary to change them now.

I called and told them I was coming to buy a vehicle from 2 hours away. They called me back when I was 40 minutes out and told me they had taken a deposit from someone else and sold the car after I had told them I was coming to buy it. Then the salesperson who just told me they sold the car out from under me told me he had good news...they had another of the same model...that was nearly twice the price! No one offered to take a deposit when I originally called and made it sound like it was no problem to hold the car. I have never had an experience with any business that poor.

Claiming they were having management problems, we sat for over an hour and half while they worked on a trade deal. We finally left, frustrated and with no deal. I got a call the next afternoon at 3:30 from the salesman and we had the deal worked out. He was to email me the worksheet for review and signature. I never got an email. I called the next morning at 9am to find that they sold the vehicle out from under us. Extremely frustrating people to work with and a huge waste of your time!
