Im yet to get my daughters car fixed there however I do have an upcoming appointment. Ive spent a couple grand at another shop already and the car is still overheating. I came in to this business and explained what was going on and they were very nice gentleman. They also seem very professional and caring. I look forward to working with them! Thanks Tim!!!

I have been using Grisham’s for a couple of years for my auto repair needs. They address what you ask them to, without trying to “add on” other things. I can only say good-great things about this business! A great place to have your vehicle repaired. Don’t plan on getting the work done today. They are very good at what they do, so you will likely have to wait a few days.

They did work which I found to be sound. The price was competitive and was repaired on time. 8/10.

Lazy... I went in for a car inspection, now i know they were closing in 15 min but none the less its a car with less than 150 thousand miles on it. So all I needed was to have the vin and miles checked and the paper work to be written up. I got looked at, and then he looked at the clock and said i close in 15 min, to me that means your still on the clock for 15 min. So i took my business up road 5 min away and was taken care of there. Guess how long it took 10 min tops. I was done and out the door even before he closed down. Pure laziness

The most honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced place in town. Was recommended by a friend after the VAN Subaru dealership tried to scam me by saying I needed $6700 in (mostly unneeded) repairs. Took my car over here and got the problem fixed for $550. I will be continuing to take my car here as long as I live remotely close because this is the best car repair shop I have ever been to and seriously cant recommend them enough.

Very friendly, didnt try and cheat me, I made an appointment for a specific repair, and they repaired it for hundreds of dollars less than kia quoted me! My family has been coming to them for over 20 years too, so I know they are honest and do a good job!

I cant say enough good things about grishams Auto... You are never going to find a more capable and honest group of people to work on your vehicle. I have been going there for years and have had lots of major problems that I couldnt afford and Tim was always willing to work with me. I could literally tell 20 stories about times when these guys have done things that you would never expect from a business trying to make money but they will tell you the truth because they are really people of integrity!

They are a good old school garage that can do anything from new school to old school there is a lot of knowledge working in this shop. I recommend them to all my friends that ask me for a shop to tale there car to.

Honesty and very good work.

I took my truck in for a/c repair and radiator replacement. 1200.00 dollars later I got my truck back, its now late august so for the next month things seemed OK. But the following spring I had to take it back for more a/c repair now the schrader valve was replaced for another 120.00 dollars. That summer I worked out of town and the a/c started to fail and when I took it back they told me that warranty was for a year on labor so they thought I would pay for it all over again. They didnt even offer to test and diagnose what the problem was. I have never gone back and hope they can understand why I wouldnt!

Grisham doesn’t try to sell me unneeded services. I know that because I took the same problem to another mechanic 3 doors down who tried to weasel an extra $350 out of me. I am now a repeat customer at Grisham.

Overcharged for work not done. Was forced to take my car to another shop, to have their work redone that work I paid them for. Car came out with more problems than when it came in with. Reporting shop to FTC and BBB, could not be more disappointed with this shop. I Will Never go back there again!
