My old agent was so much harder to deal with. Id ask for something that was wrong to be fixed and then still get billed or the address would still be wrong. I switched to Brett and one call to Donna she fixed everything and sent me updates and called me to make sure everything went smoothly! Not only that but she would find things that she thought was weird and call to ask if i knew and wanted them fixed! She goes above and beyond anyone i have ever worked with. I am so happy with them and enjoy talking to Donna. Thank you for making my life a lot easier! Very pleased with my service!

We have been more than satisfied our recent experience with State Farm after an accident. Brets team quickly put us in touch with the right people and we got immediate help. Our claim was handled professionally in a timely manner. We may pay more but I am willing to pay more to get the quality service State Farm provides.

The service is unmatched. When you call the office you are treated as if you are the only person they have to serve. I recently had a horrible experience with Hertz Rent A Car. My car had been in a hit and run, and was in the shop. I had already made a reservation for a rental car. Thank goodness my girlfriend was with me, because when I reached the Hertz there, they had no cars. They called the Liberty Hertz and they also had no cars. I provided my reservation number and was promptly told that they had no cars, didnt know if it would be 2 hours or 2 days before one came in. I have cancer and it was imperative that I needed a car. One call to Donna was all it took. She had called the manager of Liberty Hertz, his manager, and the State Farm representative that handle their contracts for rental cards. Donna called and she MEANT BUSINESS. I received a rental car, it was delivered to my location, and Donna did (which to me was the impossible) and it happened quickly. If you want to be treated like a queen and for an office of kind people that gets things done, this office is the one for you. I will never change from State Farm, nor this office! State Farm, I adore you!!!!!!

Bret and his staff are wonderful. Donna & Heidi are very personable and go above and beyond. I have been a customer for over 15 years starting with my first car. Donna took the time to make sure I understood my responsibilities as a driver and what to do if I ever had a wreck or break down. They continued to be just as wonderful when I got my first place and needed renters insurance and helped me smoothly transfer that as I moved a few times. It was a no brainer for me on where I was going to get life insurance once my children were born. Thanks to them I understood all the different options and what the best ones were for my budget and how to grow them as my family did. I continued to be a loyal customer when we bought our house and needed homeowners insurance. They took the time to know not only how much coverage my home needed but all of my possessions to have enough coverage without having more than I needed. I highly recommend them if you are looking for insurance or if you’re not satisfied with your current insurance. You will never go anywhere else. I am a customer for life and as soon as my children start driving I know they will be taken care of just as I have.

Its that type of relationship they know me (my wife, my son) personally I,m not just another policy holder. Phone or email, Ive always received a quick helpful response.
