She is fantastic to work with. She has been helping us for years. I am glad she is there to help us.

Looking into if this is actually a Farmers agent or a fraud scam. She will not email me back or provide our basic policy information. She has harassed us by phone then fails to provide confirmation documents. Im not even sure if we are covered by Farmers at this point. We called the Farmers 1-800 number and they could not find the policy she set up for us.
