I have been with Jennifer and State Farm since I moved to KC a few years ago. She and her staff have been SO very sweet, help me with everything I need. I have been in situations that Ive needed immediate assistance, and they did all they could to help! From insuring my jewelry, to car and all of my other needs! I highly recommend Jennifer w/State Farm!

After getting the runaround from customer service about canceling several policies, I reached out to Jennifer. Jennifer, was never my agent. She let me voice my concerns even though I was rude and assisted with getting me the information and the rectification I needed! If she was willing to do this for me...someone who’s never done business with her. I can only imagine what she’s prepared to do for her customers! Thank you for your help great job!

Jennifer Hubbs has been my agent and my mother-in-laws agent for 9 years. We have had a few claims over the years from hail damage to not at fault accidents and have always had prompt and courteous service and no questions on our claims. Bother Jennifer and Paige know who I am, even if I havent been in for several years. You cant ask for more from an insurance agent.

Jennifer Hubbs, the agent at this location, is a nice person hands down. Her office is staffed with seemingly helpful and pleasant people. Don’t mistake this for competence or experience. If you never file a claim, you’ll be satisfied here. This office will happily and in a friendly way accept your premiums.Get an agent that has expertise and experience, not one learning the business on your dime. State Farm Is a very good company, but only as good as it’s weakest link. The agent must know what they’re doing. They must have integrity and do what is right.I made my first insurance claim in 25+ years for a broken windshield. My agent advised me that “State Farm“ wouldn’t pay to fix my vehicle with OEM or equivalent parts. Additionally, she referred me to a repair shop that was not familiar with my vehicle, or how to fix and repair it. I was then informed by the shop that used/refurbished parts were going to be used. You have to respect honesty.These issues were brought to Ms. Hobbs attention. She advised me she was “Powerless” and her hands were tied. UNACCEPTABLE. I had to spend hundreds of dollars above my deductible and waste many hours having a windshield properly installed.When this was over, I was out of pocket my deductible (no problem ) and hundreds of additional dollars just to have my vehicle correctly repaired. This in addition to many wasted hours on the phone, in essence doing her job for her, completely UNACCEPTABLE.In this case my agent was Not like a good neighbor, and was definitely not there.UPDATE: 10/2018I was contacted by a friend who seems to have the same problem I had with Ms. Hubbs. Very unfortunate. I and other family members have used State Farm for over 40 years. Service & claims seem to vary wildly with the only variable being the agent. If you live in southern KCMO or Johnson County, KS, Harlan Parker & his son (State Farm) are very professional. Issues are handled effectively and with integrity. Maybe after some more experience/training, my former agent will learn these simple skills? Until then, proceed with extreme caution.

This agent will not return emails or phone calls, if you have any issues. I have been a customer for over twenty years. I have never had a claim except for road service. I am very disappointed in their service. I have spent months trying to work out billing issues due to adding and additional vehicle. Another family member had issues with State Farm not properly repairing a roof. It was a different agent but speaks volumes for State Farm. I have been yelled at and received rude emails from someone in her office. They will direct you to do their foot work for them like an employee not a customer.This is no way to treat a neighbor State Farm.
