I just moved in to Interstate Flats and am very happy here. Apartment was in tip top shape. Just one window shade that needed replaced. Armando was great and fixed it promptly. Very impressed with the management and the quick response to my needs so far.

Armando always does an excellent job with the work orders that I submit regarding things that need to be taken a look at in my apartment. He is very prompt, friendly, and always listens carefully when you have questions for him. Thank you Armando for your wonderful work!!

Armando did a fantastic job fixing some things in apartment. He also ALWAYS does a great job keeping the grounds and common area maintained. I see him almost every day. Such a hard worker and nice guy!

Terrible apartment complex. During the first 3 months, the elevator has been down once a month. The entire weekend Nov 9, 2018 the elevator was down. Promises were made to fix it that Friday but never delivered. The trash chute has been broken on 2 occasions. Stay away from this complex.

Be very careful. No effective security. Frequent car break-ins.
