I would not know about the place is my sister did not take me here today. Have a short trip back to Michigan to visit my family and realized that my nails was way overdue. So I thought I could use some sisters quality time. The place is just amazing. I wish there is something like this near where I live.Techs were very nice and professional. They welcomed us in like they have known us forever.The place is clean and well organized. Sanitation is a big big plus. They clean up and sterilize equipment after every customer.Good quality products and beautiful colors were used. They have a great selection for us to choose.Price is super competitive for such a great service. There would not be any reason not to come here. Well, except if you live too far away. But I guess there is another reason for me to go back to town more often. Highly recommended !!!

All the words and i can say this place is A-1, or the one! I walked in to the place and the staff was so welcoming. Made me like the door is always open and the place is very cozy. Mostly while you are sitting on their massage chairs! The staff is very social and very warmhearted. If you dont like they way they did something. They dont even hesitate, they accommodate you till satisfaction. Which is more than anyone can ever ask! This place is a bargain and not a steal for you money. The store over all hygienic. Really love this place over all. Staff here did I tell you are amazing artist? They master the hardest design to me in no time. They literally go the extra mile for their customers. Striving for the highest customer satisfaction. Best USA Nails  hands down in Michigan.

The services here is amazing! I really like the tech working on me! She was so amazing! Very friendly and sociable! We were talking so much that I honestly didnt know she was finish! Thats how much of a good time it was! My nails were really stunning! I really like the services here!

I love this place guys!! First time here and i am totally impressed by how professional this place is. They worked really hard and perfect as well. My nail was done well enough and i love it. Nice color and elegant design as well. Dont have any complaint at all. The salon was nice and clean, well organized! overall really good experience, for sure i will be back

Wow I had only went in to get a pedicure, but I actually received more than just a regular pedicure. It was actually a fantastic pedicure! I was able to walk in with out any appointment in be seated only in minutes. I was able to relax and be free from stress. They did an amazing job for such a reasonable price. I can see myself coming back to USA Nails!

Clean and well organized salon. Came here for the first time and found this place was so nice. I didnt know what I really want so they suggested me to get pedi&manicure. I was so happy with their services and their prices. Definitely I will be back.

Dont go here! I went in two weeks ago for a gel overlays and everything was going fine until the nail tech started to bring out the products for my nails. The tech first brought out tools that are meant for preparing nails for acrylic,and then got what they claim is gel powder when it was in fact the acrylic powder. Fair warning gel is exactly what it is a gel, its never comes in a powder and it doesnt need a liquid to activate! To to top it off the nail tech was far to aggressive on my nails, and now my nails are extremely thin and theres a indent from where the drill was used. Not happy with the results I got from here I went to another salon for a gel fill, and thats how I was able to find out I got acrylic instead. Once again dont go here they will rip you off!

Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. Seriously my feet feel so soft. Got a full set and finally someone was able to fulfill the almond shape nails I wanted.

Today was the second time that I went here and they told me it would only be a 10 minute wait so I waited. I ended up soaking my feet for an hour and 20 minutes and then had to leave because they were nowhere close to being ready for me and I had another appointment. The quality is pretty good when they finally get to you, but I will not be going back because their service is terrible.

Their work is eh. But customer service wise they’re so rude and just offensive. They’re rude when a customer doesn’t like their work. They’ll totally blame the customers if they made a mistake in the work. I’ve seen them not clean their utensils after a pedicure. Which is absolutely disgusting with all the bacteria coming off people’s feet. If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t give them your hard earned money please!

This salon should not have 4 stars. The place is run down and dirty with broken equipment. I was there for a pedicure/manicure with my sisters and mom. The pedicure seat was broken which no one told me so when I sat my phone and wallet down on the seat to take my shoes off they went flying into the water. That was clearly their fault and they offered no apology or discount for having broken equipment and not forewarning me. They were also rude. I was sitting under the dryer and another lady came back and said You Move! I went to this place based solely on the 4.3 stars and that was clearly mistake! Dont waste your money!!

Very clean, variety of polish colors, and services! Tina the owner has very good customer service & is accommodating to all customers! If you call for an appointment ahead of time you are guaranteed to be immediately helped upon arrival! Lots of regular returning clients here!

The prices are good but, if you book a appointment you will have to wait for walk in customers. If you book for two people you wont be worked on together, there isnt really any socialising. When I left I had nail polish on my skin on nearly every finger. They ask you to pay before you are done, so if youre dissatisfied youve already paid. Although it wasnt horrible it still wasnt that good.

The customer service was poor. Additionally, one woman used an extremely aggressive drill to remove the dip that I had on my natural nail, and went too deep into my nail creating indents... The woman who shaped and painted my nails rushed through the whole process. The salon also had a generally unsanitary feel to it.

Nails were pretty. Asian lady acted like she was in a rush and didnt do the best job on my nails, didnt clean up the glue on my fingers after either.

Paying early was a convenience (dont have to worry about nails getting messed up), but probably not worth it in the end. I presented 3 nail polish colors (had already pulled them during my shellac removal) and explained what I was looking for - one that (when it was on my nail), would be more nude, not too pink. With my skin tone, warmer colors tend to work better; however, I was not sure how it would look when on my hand. I asked for his advice (he had none, which is fine) and then asked if I could see what 2 of the colors would look like. He stated that he could not test the colors on my hand - only on his (which doesnt help). I have never heard this excuse before - theres a reason why acetone was invented. He also told me that he didnt understand why I was having such a difficult time deciding between the 2 colors - that I should just pick one and if I didnt like it, I could come back and pay them for another manicure. I ignored that statement and picked one of the colors.He responded with further attitude (I dont say that lightly) when I asked if he would scrape under my nails (it appeared that he had skipped that step). He tried to tell me that there wasnt anything under my nail - when it was visible from the top. I pointed out the areas and explained that my nail bed can be a bit tricky and asked if he wouldnt mind doing it for my own peace of mind. He told me that this was just my nail. This continued on for about two more rounds of asking / refusal. When he finally pulled the tool out, he barely touched under the nail (to prove his point) I had him go back and do a couple of the nails (which produced gunk from under the nail).- Dryers were broken (produced little air/uv lamp and kept restarting every 5-7 seconds)Summary:Did my nails look okay in the end? For the most part - one has a pink streak, but I think this is mostly a function of the nail polish, not the service (though it would have been nice if they had corrected it - I was ready to leave though).Would I recommend this salon? Only if your main goal is to have your nails done and youre willing to sacrifice the relaxing atmosphere / polished look.

Went in for a pedicure and asked about the price while paying, I was then yelled at and disrespected by the nail technician. A customer should not be disrespected and I will not be doing business with them again.

I drove from portage to this salon to get my nails done because I knew they have good service and at a good price. However, its stated both on the website and on their door that they are open. When I showed up at 5pm the open sign was on, but no one was inside and the doors were locked I was incredibly disappointed to see that they were careless enough to leave the sign on but werent open. I understand its later in the evening, but if they state they are open until 7:30, they should be open until 7:30.

Dont go here! The ladies that work here have a poor understanding of English and make prices as they go. Totally got ripped off today

Do not go here i made an appointment for 4 people for a wedding group for mani/pedi, we walked in it was not busy. The an older lady was so rought on clipping/filing my nails it hurt and she ripped a piece of skin off on my big toe, plus she did not take the time to scrub my heel which is why you go for a pedi. Then when it came to the nails i asked for squared nails and she simply filed it stright at the top i asked her to go back and round out the corners a little and she didnt she just went shorter so i took the filer and did it my self. Over all experience horrible! I would never go there again and you shouldnt either plus they are rude! The older lady asked my group to pay her now before getting our nails done and she waited to collect the money before continuing.
