She did an amazing job ! And was really nice too, not only that but the nails are really good quality and are really smooth and not bulky .

I went to them for the first time this weekend, and I was absolutely impressed with the service in every way! They were absolutely such a sweet couple, my nails look absolutely amazing and they had no issues if I mentioned that I wanted something changed. I absolutely love my nails!

Pedicure was great, well pleased with his service!!!As of my nails, first time getting shellac over my real nails. Im not a fan it was running on my skin. I had to ask multiple times for him to fix it. It gets hard to were you have to file it off. I was here a long time as well 1hr and 47 minutes. Thats extremely long for me.He was very pleasant and I really enjoyed our conversation. I would go back for the pedicure but not the nails (I normally dont polish my nails anyway.)

UPDATEEVEN BETTER THEN IT WAS! I come here because the atmosphere is so warm and friendly and I feel like Im an important customer. The other reason I come here is that I receive Superior mani-pedis. The technicians take great pride in beautiful work and the difference shows. The place is immaculate and sanitized regularly, masks are required. Which goes to show you how much they care about their customers.Ive been to other salons and theyve been decent but trust me, once you go here youll never go anywhere else.this is a pre covid review, all of which is still accurateIf you want a quality nail job, this is your dream come true. Youre not a number here. Its small intimate. The owners take great pride in running a Superior business. And, its right next to Target!

My daughter and I have received dipped manicure service at Glamour Nails the past three months. The kindness of staff, and quality of service has been excellent. We are heading in soon for pedicures!

Made an appointment and they were set up and waiting for me! So polite and took their time! I got a full set and a pedicure and they did great!!

#1 very unfriendly. After asking what I want, thats the last word spoken until time to pay.#2 she changed the prices as I sat there. I watched her. Making what I got go up from $22 To $35#3 didnt remove all my old polish before applying newVery disappointed. Will not be back

This is my first experience with this nail salon. My boyfriend gave me a $50 gift certificate for my birthday. I was able to get a pedicure and a manicure. And still was enough that I didnt have to tip. The place itself looks not as professional as other places but I received great service today. The pedicure was very relaxing. My toes and nails look perfect. Will be returning. Staff was friendly. I also was a walk in and received service right away.

A friend suggested this place one day because of a mishap with our usual. We are about 10 visits in and I wont be going back to my usual place. Chi is amazing and very accommodating. Her and her husband always take great care of me. Very sweet.

Glamour nails is the BEST nail salon in Kalamazoo. I’ve tried so many places in Portage & Kalamazoo and no one else knows what they’re doing!! Before I found them every place I went never got my shape right. Glamour nails gets it right every time and every person that works in there does a great job. They never make you feel like they’re in a rush and they take their time to make sure your nails are exactly what they want. I’ve been in many times and I’ve never been disappointed.

We had a mother daughter date and got deluxe pedicures! The staff was so friendly, nice and made us feel so welcome. Kimberly was WONDERFUL! Honestly the best pedicure I have ever had. Highly recommend going here.

Every time I come here, Andy does an awesome job. He never rushes, takes his time and makes sure the deluxe pedicure is exactly that: deluxe. The salon isn’t high end or super fancy, but they are customer service oriented, do an awesome job on the nails and the prices are great. I will continue to come here for my shellac manis and deluxe pedis!

Very friendly staffs. My manicure shellac lasted for over 3 weeks. My daughter had a full set and it looks pretty with the Valentine design. We are very satisfied with the service and definitely will be back.

Ok... I was a customer there for quite a while. I go there to get my nails done during business hours & the lady told me she couldn’t do my nails because she had to go pick up her daughter. So there was another nail tech sitting in one of the massage chair’s. He couldn’t do my nails because he was sleeping & the lady couldn’t wake him up.

Beautiful shellac manicure with excellent attention to detail. Very friendly staff as well!

Only had my nails done a week and my shellac peeled off never experienced that at any other nail place. Great service other wise.

My only complaint was the wait due to there being only one person working. I had a full set done and it looks amazing! Still looks perfect after a week and a half.

We a good experience on Mothers Day. The staff was friendly (not found in a visit to a salon down the street.) They did a nice job. The foot and leg massage were great. We were the last customers of the day and there was no rush to get us out of the door.

Okay, so I went there once for a pedicure and manicure and the end product was just okay. They dont have enough staff for their clients and theyre just not that inviting. The second time I went there for an eyebrow wax. They were understaffed as usual and didnt even acknowledge me when I came in. Usually, at a nail salon, a technician will speak to you to find out what you need and give you a time frame. They didnt do that, they just sat there trying not to look at me. I freaking left and ended up going to Escape Nail Salon for my wax, it was done lickidy split. The tech did a really good job too. I vowed to never go to Glamour again because of that, no matter how close it is to my home. Almost right across the street, Nail Care Salon does EXCELLENT pedicures and Star Nail Spa I will try today, I hear theyre good. So dont spend money where youre not treated well.

They’re okay. If you need a quick mani and pedi for an event, they serve their purpose. However the mani doesn’t last long without lifting (which is annoying, but I also needed to get in that day so can beggars really be choosers 🤷🏼‍♀️) even though it is suppose to be a long lasting “gel” manicure.I probably wouldn’t go again to them if I had the choice, but if I needed to get my nails done ASAP and I couldn’t get a walk in anywhere else, I’d go back.It wasn’t god awful, but it also wasn’t spectacular.

Went to have Shellac removed and a Shellac mani. Sat with acetone on my nails for 10 minutes at which time, individual doing my nails, stated, I need to go get my daughter, itll only be 4 minutes, is that okay? 20 minutes later, I scraped the old shellac off myself, washed my hands and left, to just one, Im sorry maam.

DO NOT GO HERE! When you ask for Gel nails they will put Acrylic nails on you and charge you for Gel nails!! Yes they are polite and nice and they look like they are using the correct product but they are not!!

I was a loyal customer until I caught a fungus in my toe, my nail turned dark & fell off. I was given antibiotics & told that the utensils used in my pedi were not clean. My nail has grown back half way.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! They are rude, nasty, and provide poor work. There were two workers and two customers in the nail salon when I arrived a full hour before they closed. One of the customers received a pedicure and was getting her nails finished as I was signing in. The other customer was just getting started. The only service I was requesting was a gel lay over which only takes about 30 minutes (their gel is suppose to last 2 weeks, but starts to chip before the 2nd week). Before I could get my last name on the sign in sheet, they told me we can not do your nails come back tomorrow. What makes matters worse is that I am a repeat customer. I will never return to this nail salon again!!! I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED COMING TO THIS SALON WHEN I WITNESSED THE WORKER POURING ACETONE BACK INTO THE BOTTLE THAT SHE HAD USED ON MY NAILS....DISGUSTING!!! They are rude, nasty, provide poor work and do not deserve my service!!!

I went in for a pedicure and fill but she took so long doing the pedi bc she messed up on the polish and had to redo several times. So I just left with no fill.

This was my first time going here and it was BAD. I went in to get my acrylics removed and a mani and polish change on my toes. If I hadnt known any better, the lady who was removing my acrylics would have clipped them off. I made her soak them in acetone and decided to get gel for the first time for my mani. She did a poor job, skipping over the cuticle process and my polish on my toes looked clumpy. With that in mind, they had a very small selection of polish (OPI being my favorite). I would recommend NAILS CARE on W Main. I only didnt go there because they werent open as late.

Im here at 9 and they are not open I hate wasting my time.
