Took vehicle in to be detailed. My appointment was on a Thursday, I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday before close. They didnt have completed until Friday, and I had to phone them both Thursday and Friday to find out if they were done. Arrived Friday about 3:30 pm my vehicle was running and the young lady in the office stated the carpetwas still wet. The following week Monday, it was still wet. Was not happy with service and quality of work.Young lady told me they were short staffed at the time. I was referred to them, big inconvenience and it was if the guy I made appointment with named george, could care less.Not a good experience with them and no apologies from george either.Didnt put all pics, these are good examples.

The work was pretty good, but they definitely double charged me (my receipt said “detailing x2) because they had to “remove my seats to clean thoroughly”. That is something I would expect a car detailing place to do anyways.Edit to add: like I said, the work was pretty good, but I was quoted $175+tax for my SUV and I was prepared to pay $200 (including a tip!). But at pick-up the guy tells me they will give me a discount for the extra work of removing the seats for a total of $200. That seemed sketchy to me — and now I’m told that a basic car detailing should’ve costed me $400. Judge for yourself and compare prices before shopping here.

Competitive prices. Very polite, friendly and professional. And a great choice if you actually want to talk to a person and set up an appointment the next day. Highly recommended.

They replaced my windshield in my focus and because I was selling it I had them detail it as well. They did an awesome job and the guy that bought it even made comments about nice it looked. Will definitely use for my other vehicles.
