Using FAAC for years. They always manage to show up the day I call. Two complete new systems installed in my home in 2016 and 2017. (We have four zones; built 1988.) Professional, honest, clean.

At a time when ac units are hard to attain, First Air acquired and installed the unit within the week more than 3000 below two other bids. 2 other bids were at least a 2 week wait on equipment. They did not try to upsell me on options not needed in my setup. The response to questions and scheduling were always in a timely manner and with a person. I will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I have used First Air as my AC service provider for a couple of years because I feel that they are trustworthy. My AC unit went out last week & it was time for a replacement. I spoke with Thomas over the phone several times as I was trying to determine which system was best for my home. Thomas was always available, patient & informative. I obtained a few quotes & found that First Airs pricing was very fair. Once I made the decision, Thomas scheduled the installation for the next day & team came over in the morning to install. Raphael & Javier did an excellent job with the installation & we had AC in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend First Air because they did not send a sales person to my home to try to sell me. Instead, they provided me the information that I needed to make an informed decision. Additionally, Raphael & Javier did a great job with the installation.

Employees showed up for installation on time, very professional, courteous and thorough. Once installation completed they took their time to finish all details and cleaning up the workplace. Highly recommended this company for sales, repairs and installation of Air Conditioning units.

These guys scrambled when my A/C went down, found me a unit that was sold out all over (I verified this myself as I have a friend working for the manufacturer), gave me a very good price, installed it same day, and did it with friendly knowledgeable techs. If you need a new A/C give these guys a chance.

First Air has serviced my air-conditioning for the last 10 years. I have purchased two new units and two different homes and they were always professional and courteous when working in my home. They worked around my schedule and we’re very conscious about pricing. They were very fair and I believe this is one of the best companies that I’ve worked with.

A/C went out early Saturday morning they scheduled me for an appointment for that afternoon. John was very helpful but unable to repair due to torrential rain and the problem being outside. He returned as promised Sunday morning and completed the repair without issue. Grateful to have a cool home again. Did I mention they are closed on Sunday but they still contacted me. Bill came out diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Took the time to educate me on the issue and how the system works. Only issue I had is that hes a Steelers fan and they just completely dismantled my Chiefs the night before. Still 5 stars tho and will definitely recommend.
