I have been a client of Complete Comfort for about 2 years now. At first they did maintenance on my 20 year old A/C Unit that came with the condo I purchased. Danny kept it running as long as possible. He made helpful suggestions on how to prolong its lifespan and didnt try to push a new unit on me. When the time came for me to purchase a new HVAC Danny was very helpful and provided useful information to guide me in the right direction of this big purchase. Installation of my new unit was smooth & the installers were friendly and on time. Everyone I come in contact with from technicians to office phone calls are very nice, respectful, friendly and helpful.I had a clogged pipe on my new A/C due to algae, called and got an appointment for the day of. Fred has been an awesome technician. He came out about a year ago and quoted me for the new system and after helping me see the pros and cons of the various systems we purchased and had Complete Comfort perform the installation. It has been 1 year later and there have been no problems. Fred has come out twice to perform the 2 maintenances that are included when you purchase and have the unit installed by Complete comfort. Fred takes great care ensuring that everything is cleaned and serviced. He also has recommended various ways to help keep the system spotless like utilizing the 4 cartridge filter. Our home came with a pretty high end Carrier unit when we purchased our home 2.5yrs ago. Problems with it multiple times. Each company gave diff recommendations, usually that we should replace with lower end simpler unit. Sunday 7am, 90 degrees out, and AC goes out again. Michael Wright with Complete comfort came out within an hour. Diagnosed immediately. was certified on the actual unit. Recommended we keep the unit lol, and we setup a biannual maintenance plan to keep from future issues. All in 60min lol. Michael was as professional as it gets. Highly recommend.
