After they sent a man out to take pictures of my house,who stated someone would be getting back to me with a proposal within two days. I have called the office five times,getting same response each time,“Someone will call you back by tomorrow “ I have yet to hear from anyone. Most unreliable I have ever dealt with!! We recently had a standby generator installed by complete environmental. Dealing with Steve and his team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Steve personally came out for an estimate and was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. He gave us a timeline and guided us through the code permitting process. Everything was done early and with great communication along the way. They coordinated gas and electrical professionals to complete each part of the project without a single hiccup.When everything was done (2 weeks ahead of the quoted finish date) Steve again personally came out and walked us through the inner workings of our new unit.It’s not often you find a company where the owner takes such initiative to make you feel comfortable during a project. We love our unit and plan on using complete environmental for all future ac/generator work.Highly recommended!!!

The quote came back over $1,700 to replace the motor. I knew I was getting robbed! I found Complete Environmental Solutions on Google and called Steve. From the first moments of our conversation, I knew I had found the right guy! His service tech was knowledgeable and professional. The total cost was alittle over $1,000, not the $1,760 I was previously quoted. Thank you, Steve, for restoring my faith that honest, quality customer service is still available. I Have called this company five times for the estimate that was done over a month ago. I keep getting told that the owner will call me back everytime I call and Ive also called and left messages on a answering machine. No phone calls have been returned. This shows me that they dont care enough about customers. I would not do my business with them.

CES installed my home standby generator. They did not send a salesman when I called. Steve, the owner, came out to assess my needs, explain the products and offer recommendations. Our new A/C system works great! Installation went smoothly. Technicians and office staff (Jennifer) were friendly and very helpful. Owner Steve was responsive and knowledgeable of Carrier and Bryant equipment, which is what we were looking for, and made sure our equipment was installed properly. We will definitely recommend CES to our neighbors and any potential folks relocating to Florida as we did. It is comforting in this climate to know that this company takes great pride in their work and service and that should we have any problem with our new equipment they will be there for us.

I recently purchased a generator from Complete Environmental Solutions and at this time I can not recommend them.Nicole is a very friendly and lovely women to deal with, but from there everything goes downhill.The 1st thing that went wrong, the permit was incorrectly submitted, it took almost 5 weeks to find that out . I was the one who discovered that, Steve didnt t know that until I brought that to his attention.He did summit a corrected one immediately ( to his credit) .It took another 2 weeks to get that corrected approved, but the town of Jupiter would not issue it because they were behind on a fee (gas I believe) again I was the one who had to tell them. Nicole insisted it was paid, but when she went to check it she found that it was not paid. Again she paid it immediately.Next the generator was finally delivered but they couldnt find it. They eventually located it. thankfully the next day.As the generator was being installed the electricians stripped a screw holding the front panel on, and the gas man bent the locking hing.I told Steve and he did come over and fixed the screw and said that he would replace the hinge.After 3 months and numerous emails he has not replaced the hinge or acknowledged any emails. I ended up replacing the hinge on my own as it was a dangerous situation.To tell the hole story and not leave anything out 1 time I went to their office and being frustrated I raised my voice at Nicole, it was wrong and I did apologize.For Steve to tell me that his guarantee was his reputation and that telling other people about him was his guarantee.Thats why Im writing this review.You decide?Answer is partially true. I talked to Jupiter building department, so they dont only work electronically.If they had the new part they never told me that they had it. It was 2 months after they said that the would replace. He never told me he ordered it or thatbit showed up, remember 2 months. I ordered and received the part in 2 weeks.We did shake hands after the start up. I felt that after the numerous problems that it all was behind us. He didnt bother to follow up on things he gave me his word on.Sorry I like Steve but he needs to be true his word.

I wanted thank CES for quick service and a reasonable price. We had just returned from a vacation and one of our units was not cooling. I called the company and they had a tech at our house within 2 hours and had the unit up and running quickly. The part needed was stocked in the van. Great Job! Professional and courteous service technicians.

Complete Environmental Solutions has done an outstanding job! When they started servicing and fixing the A/C at my newly acquired store they informed me that it would have to replaced very soon but would work with me to keep it running as long as possible. Whenever we needed emergency service, Steve made sure that one of his technicians would be there within a few hours but, unfortunately, it finally crashed beyond repair. Steve gave us a very fair quote and was the only one who could get the new unit installed in less than 24 hours. As promised we were up and running by noon the following day. Most impressive! Steve and his entire team are always courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend their services.

We had our first experience with Complete Environmental Solutions a little over a week ago and we couldnt be happier with our experience! We called the office at Noon on a Friday (after our regular guy fell through) and they had someone out to us that evening! Thankfully it was an easy fix and they had us cooling again in less than 30min, the guy that came out was courteous & professional and spoke English! Their prices were reasonable too, exactly what we wouldve paid to our regular guy. Weve definitely found our new regular guy in CES and we highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs! Well be calling them when its replacement time! More companies should be as helpful and customer service oriented as they are!

Steve and his team are very professional, courteous and responsive. Owning a 2nd home in Florida, you need to have dependable contractors available to service your home when problems arise. I know we are in great hands with Steve. Last year our A/C system conked out completely. Steve and his team were there within the hour fixing and getting the system up and running and repairing some bad work from a previous contractor. They always are on top of upcoming service/maintenance appointments and Jen in the office is very nice. All anyone should want from service contractors are that they are reliable, honest and fair. Complete Environmental Solutions is a great company run by fantastic people. Our A/C unit died last September when I was 7 months pregnant and CES had a technician come to our house that day to evaluate the system and provide a temporary but effective fix until our new system arrived a day later. The installation was perfect and the technician made sure everything was working 100% when he left. Not only does our house stay cooler and cool down faster but our energy bill went down, too! I recommend CES to friends and strangers who are looking for an air conditioning or air quality company.

Overpriced, definitely get a few quotes. Said I needed work that others said I didnt.. pretty shady if you ask me, got another quote for half of what Steve said it would be. Lady on phone is nice but Steve can make you feel like youre an idiot. We took our business to Complete Comfort instead. Pretty foolish of them to try to rip me off.

I recently had a new air conditioner installed and could not be happier. The men worked quietly and effeciently. Before leaving they gave me a tutorial on how my new thermostat works. Before leaving the removed and took all old equipment away. They even swept out garage before leaving. I also use them for my yearly maintenance program and will continue to do so. My electric bills also are lower as promised with the new unit.

Wonderful experience!!! After experiencing the level of care, competence and honesty of 2 other companies........ I must admitt that I ventured into this relationship with Complete Environmental Solutions (CES) very skeptically. I finally pulled the trigger and decided to switch because I was feeling as though I had been taken advantage of in the past (example-realized that a rescue motor was kept in my unit vs the new motor that was under warranty).I feel the need to write this review because I am experiencing CES to be attentive, straightforward, honest and competent. I didnt think that was too much to ask. Plus as an added bonus they are extremely knowledgable dealing with large generators!!!Thank you Steve and Jennifer for making my life much easier.

We had a very uncomfortable experience this week with CES as it relates to invoices we were not told about and due to a service person who did not do a very good job of servicing our air conditioning unit and not giving us the customer service we were promised. The bottom line is that this issue is now behind us due to one person in their organization - Jennifer. Jennifer showed compassion, understanding and professionalism. We were minutes from canceling our service agreement when she came to our defense and voided out one of the the invoices in question. The reason we are continuing with CES at this point is because of her. Sure, things happen in business. We are in business, too and being straight forward is always our company philosophy. We truly understand that there are misunderstandings at times. But, the truly good companies stand by their word and care about the customer. Jennifer put herself in our position and she saved the day. CES has a valued employee here and again, because of her sense of urgency and on the spot decision making we are still a customer.
