I moved to the area a few months back and kept looking for a barber that could give me the cut I wanted. I found that at Fortune Barbershop!!! Very friendly atmosphere. Quick and great haircut as well. It can be hard to find someone that can do a good hard part. Colby knocked it out of the park. I will not be going anywhere else in Joplin to get my haircut from here on out.

Colby is the most chill dude, he also does an amazing job. His shop needs to have better parking, but that is Joplin’s fault. Other than that amazing service. Awesome atmosphere. Overall just a. Great place

Colby is probably the best barber in the Joplin Metro. He is so intelligent and detail-oriented about hair, and I was genuinely impressed with his precision in getting the haircut that I wanted while staying true to the natural flow of my hair. He is also extremely chill. So down-to-earth and easy to talk to. The price for the experience is very reasonable for the quality. Plus, you get to support a downtown Joplin business. If you are interested in one of the best haircuts ever, you better go see Colby.

Walk into the front door and sit in the chair and Colby gets right to work. He is a very friendly person to talk to and is very serious about giving you the best haircut and the best customer experience while in his shop. If you’re lookin for someone that can fade this is the man!! I booked online and had no problem walking in right on time. I’m from Texas and naturally untrusting with my hair but this guy here makes the experience comfortable and gives some reassurance that someone out here can cut some hair! 10/10 will be coming back as long as I’m in the Joplin, MO area 🙌
