She is Professional, Courteous, and an awesome stylist! I enjoy the conversation and time goes so fast! Sport Clips provides exceptional customer service and quality haircuts!

This place was amazing the young lady who cut my hair was fantastic. Im new to the area. But as long as I keep getting friendly service like that I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon. I wish I could remember her name but thank u promise I will be a returning custumer.

Drove an hour and a half for a haircut and some lunch, I usually get the girls name that cuts my hair but I forgot this time. She did an awesome job being that my hair is difficult to cut cause of all the cowlicks that I have but I do have one complaint, I just wish they would enforce the mask policy like it says on their website, their were too many customers walking in without masks on, I would have given sports clips 5 stars.

Love going here. Brittany and Lacy are both awesome at what they do. Nothing personal to everyone else, I’m just picky and once I find someone that does a great job, I stick to that. Brittany is kind and very good with attention to detail. Lacy is very good as well and each time I see her, she remembers my 1 year old son and my wife, so those little details are awesome too. Will always continue to go here.

I always struggled finding my son someone who could do his hair they way we like it. His hair is hard to cut with multiple cowlikes. Marti has nailed it perfectly. She always offered great ideas and service she is awesome I love her. I don’t even have to tell her what I want she knows or creates something of her own. She finds new hair cuts that goes perfectly with his age. I hope she never leaves if so I will follow her anywhere. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The haircut wasnt the worst I had but wasnt the best. The lady was really nice. They have started charging for the foil shaver which is not good and for that reason I wont come back. I love sports clips in Springfield and will simply return there.

This is a great salon that provides great quality service! With such a laid back, professional staff and sports always being casted on their TVs, the experience has always been enjoyable. Ive been going to Samantha for two years now for my hairstyling. Shes fun and professional and always does a fantastic job! If youve had a tough day or week prior to going there, I recommend adding a wash along with your cut. The hot towel over your face while relaxing in a comfy chair during a scrub will be sure to wash away the stress from whatever bs you had to deal with. Dont hesitate. Give this place a try.

They have always done the best job cutting my hair in this particular location... Unfortunately they do not have any branches in Corpus Christi, Texas. When Im in Texas i always go to Super Cuts. But in Missouri its Great Clips everytime... I also like the fact that if you save your Receipt after your first haircut you can use the promotion the next time you come in and get a $5 discount which leaves a door open to better tipping the Stylist 😉

Canceled out my online reservation while I was literally sitting in the lobby checked in for first available. Her name is Michelle. They watched me check in, they told me to actually when I walked in to put my phone number in and yes I checked in with the app. My name had been up there for 25 minutes and magically after she finishes a customer, I get a text saying that my reservation had been canceled and my name came off the board while sitting inside and then she took the next guy. Her haircut that was in front of me was awful so it looks like I lucked out from getting a bad cut anyway.I got that canceled text while sitting there, checked in 😂😂😂

Horrible service. Told that If I did t like there policies then I could go some where else. Do not go there. Refuse to give me a number to the owner. Says they are not in the country. Won’t even sell me hair gel because I don’t have a mask. I have to purchase a $2 mask to buy a hair product.

Probably the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Took my grandson to get a haircut as well as a knot that needed attention. I don’t fault her for not wanting to take care of it but she was very hateful to my Grandson and told him she wasn’t going to spend an hour on that and then had him bring me in to try to sell me products to help, took money from my grandson for a haircut she didn’t complete, and didn’t even wipe or blow dry the excess hair off of him. She pretty much wasted my money! $26 dollars for her to embarrass my grandson and not finish his hair.

I actually avoided going here for a long time because Im not the trendy type and made some unfair assumptions. I like the way I dont have to schedule weeks in advance, which I always forget, yet I can tell about how long until I get in with just a glance at the app when I find myself with some slack time. I can also see if my preferred person is available and they keep my haircut on file so I dont have to play 20 questions every time I go in. Sports theme and all is nice but really its about service and convenience which Ive found great here.

I have yet to have an uneven or a disappointing hair cut there. If you do not go for the MVP treatment, you miss on the whole experience. This place is definitely a great place for men: sports channels all over the salon, TVs by every booth, and the MVP gets you a scalp massage, soothing facial and back massage on top of a much needed trim. The competition, especially in webb city is scary in comparison. It is worth the $20+ you will dish out for a cut.

She could have at least attempted the haicut that I asked for and showed her a pic of for my little boy but took it upon herself to rush through and not even make sure it was even and missed some spots on his fade. Tipped her but will NEVER go back. The haircut wasnt even close to what I requested, cute enough but it was not what I asked for and she even admitted, I just did what I thought would look best. Too bad its not her son and it wasnt what I thought would look best. I took time to grow his hair out for that haircut so she could take it upon herself to decide what looks best on my son. Not happy!

Just look at the reviews all 1 star or 5 star Ive been there 3 times only 1 of those times they didnt mess up. Taking a huge chunk out of the right side above my ear both times. First time the stylist played dumb, O? How did that happen, must of been there to start with... never will I revisit this franchise again. I suggest if you want quality, you avoid this place as well.

The staff is fantastic! Watching sports, and getting a massage, is there any other way to get a haircut? It is a little pricier than other places in town but the quality of haircut and the sports and massages more than make up for the price difference. Highly recommend.

The hair stylists do a very good job and are all friendly. I would recommend finding one that you like and sticking with them. They will remember you and what you prefer which helps!
