I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank Fran, who went above and beyond to take care of me . The credit card division of Zales really created confusion, I mean total confusion with my account. The first day took over an hour just to return items and the second day 45 minutes to make a purchase! There was a lot of frustration and she conducted her extremely professional. Thank you so much Fran! My girls are gonna LOVE the pieces!!!

Never shopping here again. Thanks Fran.My wife was talked down to like a little kid.Zales never issued the diamond bond when we bought online. They told us multiple times they would help us to get it but they were always too busy.Im sick of this unorganized and rude staff.

Placed a order online and the next day got a email saying order was ready. Cool so the next day I got a email saying I must pick it up in two days or they will re stock. No problem coming to get my order. Then I get a email saying thank you for picking up your order. Um I never picked up my order. Call the store no sir your order is not here it says it hasn’t delivered yet you need to call customer service. Call customer service sir it looks like your package might be lost I will start a trouble ticket and you should hear back 7-10 business day. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and after I hung up I said this is BS I want my money back. Next day I message customer service again and this agent tells me the item was already in stock at the store they just needed to wrap it up. Now I am really confused call the store back girl says no we don’t have it and I said how is that possible was it stolen? She says oh wait this was a in store pick up? Yes mam ok we have it right here come pick it up. All these messages and calls took another hour. Next day I get to store to pick it up and you wouldn’t believe it.... yup they can’t find it. I stand for almost a hour waiting for the manager who running around opening everything trying to find it. She text a co worker who s said I put under this jewelry case. Like why wouldn’t you keep it with the other orders. She found it and the only reason they get two stars is the manager apologized multiple times. Won’t be shopping again with them.

I wont shop any Zales ever again. Went in there just browsing and the sales lady said she would just check my credit to see what deals they could give me for a more accurate quote. Then a week later I get a credit card in the mail. Not. Cool. I cancelled the card and contacts the store directly. This better not hurt my good credit score.

The first time we went no one asked us if we needed help, they just stared at us so we decided to leave, the second time a Hispanic woman attended us and gave us a very rude attitude, I will never return to that store, I prefer to go to another jewelry instead 👎

I’m always excited to shop with Faten! My hubby upgraded my wedding ring w/her & I fell in love! I also purchased a nice chain & bracelet for my hubby From Faten. She always displays thee best customer service at Zales! While she was away in Jordon I stopped by & it just wasn’t the same. Looking for above & beyond customer service ask for Faten!

Also here waiting at 10 when they say they open. Show up for work on time or find a new job.6/22/20: Store says it’s open, gates are closed at 11:30am. Guess they’re still having the same issue of showing up to work. Can never get my inspection done since nobody is ever at the store when it’s supposed to be open.
