I have been working with Kays at the joliet mall for 20 years they have always been exceptional!!! The customer experience Ive always had it extraordinary Renee has been my sales representative since day 1 and she knows exactly what I want so when my guy goes to get me a surprise Renee has me covered. Thank you Octavia (im sure I spelled it wrong) but if Renee is not there he is my right hand man thank you for being there for all my many jewelry needs (there are a alot) lol

Love Kay jewelers. Never had an issue. Always competitive pricing and sales throughout the year. Staff is never pushy and takes the time with each customer. We dont buy jewelry anywhere else.

I love this place. The staff here are very helpful and are never super pushy to buy anything. But most of all that they can always accommodate your needs into the jewelry.
Katrina was there to help us pick out an engagement ring and she was awesome. Often times sales pressures you into stuff and she was just happy to show us stuff around my budget and not waste my time with other rings outside of that budget. I have yet to do anything with the jeweler aspect of the business but first impressions are very positive!
I took my watch to get fixed and it needed to be sent out to get fixed. I call them today after about a month of not hearing anything. I provided my information, but because the shop is closed today I have to call back tomorrow so they can call the shop. Pretty backwards, you have my information just call the shop, get the status, and then call me. I shouldnt have to call back to the store.
Had a online order delivered to the store. And it took three people 45 minutes to find it. Going across the mall to the other jewelry store.

I wish I could give this place zero stars 😡 I took my ring in to have the diamond put back in because it fell out . I was told “ We will call you in 3 days to give you an estimate of how much it will cost “. Ok so I waited 2 weeks and never heard ANYTHING! So I call them and she says “ I will have to call you back tomorrow “. 🤷♀️ So tomorrow comes and I get the call, “ Miss Chavez, your total cost will be $750 dollars “. I ask WHY ? “ She proceeds to tell me “ We have to cut a diamond and fix the setting “. I told Her, WTF are you talking about ? I already had the diamond. I didn’t loose the diamond, it just fell out . So she says “ OH, Let me call you back tomorrow “. 🤦♀️ By now I know this place has no idea what the hell is going on . “ So the following day she calls me and says “ Miss Chavez, the price is still the same . Because we had to re-set the diamond and fill the side “. What ????? That is absolutely ridiculous! Just give me my ring back and I’ll take it somewhere else! How the hell does it cost $750 dollars to put a fricken diamond back in ??? Now it’s been another 2 weeks and they STILL DON’T HAVE MY RING 😡 I’m NEVER going back to Kay Jewelers!!!! I will be spending my money somewhere else .

If you are planing on buying any kind of jewely go to this Kay and ask for Octacvio. He provided amazing customer service and no matter how many nos i gave him he made sure i found the perfect engagement ring. Every now and then when he sees me or my fiance he always takes the time out of his day to ask us how the wedding planning is going. Overall an amazing 1st experience.
The quality of the jewelery is terrible...my Mother bought several different pieces of different jewelery over the last year...AND THEY ALL BROKE. EVERY SINGLE ONE.
Sent out ring to be reset. They sent back silver when I ordered gold. Got email that it was in again. Drove an hour to pick up and was told wasnt there. Not very happy.
