Had a nail day with my youngest daughter, we decided to try this salon for the first time and s was not disappointed. John did an amazing job on my daughter’s Harry Potter design and Jessica done an amazing job on my Nightmare before Christmas design. Would highly recommend especially if you are wanting anything unique they are not afraid to do it.

I was a first time walk in. Jessica did my nails and toenails. I kind of had an idea of what I wanted but still wasn’t sure. It wasn’t a problem because Jessica was very patient and helpful through the entire decision making process. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and funny. I loved the final results and definitely will be visiting this place again.Very happy customer 😌.

My nail tech was great and very detailed-oriented. She shaped my nails exactly how I asked her and did an excellent job with the design. She was open to questions and took her time while doing my nails. I wish I would have paid a little less to get my nails done. I usually pay $65 in Charlotte, NC for SNS + designs in gel on natural nails. I paid $75 at this salon for SNS + designs in gel on my natural nails. I think I was charged that amount because it took a long time to get the design done. Time is precious, no regrets + I loved my nails.

Kaleigh did my nails and oh my gosh did she do a great job! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I have been searching for a nail tech in the area and finally I have one!! This place should be booming soon! Overall a great experience and environment

John and his team are amazing! I’m not one to pamper myself, and my past visits to nail salons have not been the best experiences.My husband is always wanting me to pamper myself, but I’m so low maintenance haha. My daughter asked me to come and have my nails done before our vacay. To spend time with her I decided to go. John took my introverted personality, my skepticism, and my lack of desire and turned me completely around. The conversation, the techniques, the creativity and artistic ability, and mostly, his tender handling and perfectionism will have me coming back every month. I even invited my extremely particular sister to come because I know he will satisfy her. I’m now a Diva!

Alexa is extremely talented and professional. My natural nails were severely damaged after getting acrylics at another salon. Alexa helped me care for my nails in their fragile state while keeping them looking clean and polished. This was truly a difficult task as before I got in Alexa’s chair they would not stop breaking! Now my natural nails are the strongest they have ever been! I can not thank her enough! Alexa is the BEST!

Best manicure I’ve ever had! Chi did my nails today and I can’t describe how pleased I am with how my nails look. He made sure I liked my nails every step of the way and actually listened and provided feedback as to what would look best. I’ve already gotten tons of compliments. Will be back for sure 😊

Ive been looking for a new nail place so I decided to try here because Ive been following them on instagram and always wanted to give them a try. I made an appointment the day before to get two nails that had broken fixed. I wasnt even getting a full set and when I got there apologized for being 15 minutes late. The walk-in behind me was helped before I was so I proceeded to wait for an hour before another employee arrived. He asked why I was waiting and the woman who originally told me to wait for her to be done told him that I was late and was fine waiting. I waited for an hour for a service that would have taken 20 minutes. I ended up leaving after an hour of waiting with no service and a nail tech available who was told not to help me because I was late.

Appointments only so never having to wait. Never being told 10 min and waiting an hour.

I have searched for years for someone that can do the designs I like on my nails and low n behold I found him at Salon Bilancia. I think his name is John. I will be going back tomorrow for my pedicure. I feel like him and I will be having a great time doing all the different nail designs I want to try...so excited

I just recently discovered Salon Bilancia and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here!! The salon is clean, the employees are super sweet and helpful, and the prices are really good. I have loved everything I have had done here and it has all held up for multiple weeks. John does my nails and he is 10000/10! He takes his time to make sure they look perfect, he makes great conversation, and he’s makes me feel heard and always does exactly what I ask for and I always leave super happy. I could not recommend this place anymore.

I recently had my first appointment here with Alexa. She repaired and overhauled my hard gel nails. She is an excellent technician. I also had the best pedicure since coming to TN. I will definitely be back🙂

Alexis is great. the time she took on my nails and the attention to detail is perfection. Chi is amazing! He knew exactly what I wanted and turned it into something more amazing then I would have imagined.

Made a reservation for a bridal party. When we walked in they said they didnt have time for all of us. (Which we did bring one extra) but they complained that we didnt explain that everyone wanted designs and things. When the reservation was made, no one asked such questions. I was one of the people who had a reservation and I was the last person done and did not get what I wanted because they didnt have time my nails were painted rather than getting them done how I wanted. I had to go get them done somewhere else because it was a rushed gel job. And I didnt want gel. They were friendly but slightly hateful about the entire situation.

I love this place, I will never go to another salon to get my nails done. I broke a nail and they fixed it for no charge. They are amazing people so kind to thier clients,and can do anything you ask for. I love the energy when you walk in its so calming and relaxing. If you havent found the perfect salon call and make an appt with these lovely nail artists. I promise you want be disappointed!!!

This was my first time going here. I went to John who was very nice and helpful. He definitely made the time go by and while doing it he did a wonderful job on my nails. I will absolutely be going here again.

I have never had nails like these before! John did an outstanding job on my nails. I hate to sound like everyone else, but if I could give 10 stars I would! I went to another nail tech who was highly recommended and had a terrible experience. My nails were thick, wavy, not the color we agreed on, and her salon was dirty. Walking in here I was honestly a little scared. John asked me what I didnt like about my nails and at every step he was sure to ask if I liked the color, shape and after explaining Im a bit OCD about how the nails feel, he checked and rechecked to make sure they were thin and smooth. I cant sing Johns praises enough! Im never going anywhere else.

I visited the salon on Monday to get a mani/pedi. I had them do polish on my natural nails and by Wednesday the polish was wearing off the tips and I also had a chip on my right middle nail. I admit, I should have paid closer attention to whether or not the person that did my nails put a top coat on, so thats my fault. I dont get them done often, so its a special treat and Im pretty disappointed. Dont plan on visiting again.

I went to Salon Bilancia to get my nails done a specific way for a wedding! Tina was so awesome about making sure I left with what I wanted. She showed me what certain colors would look like and tried to help me pick the perfect shade to match the brides request. 10/10 recommend this place! The best in Johnson City, no doubt 😊 also, awesome prices!!

This place is very unprofessional. I called at 1030am to schedule my appt. For a full set with a pedi for 7pm due to the fact they had no other appt. For the day. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot at 645pm they call. They tell me that a new girl took my call and forgot to schedule my appt. But they had the number to call me and new what time it was. Hmmmm.. Then all they could offer me was a 8pm appt. I will not spend my money at a business like this. Extremely mad.

Wow!!! Absolutely perfect nails. You would have to go to L.A or N.Y. to get these kinds of nails done!!!and the price is crazy inexpensive.... The staff is super friendly and fast... And ladies the art work of john or chi is off the chain!!!! Their gel nails are unlike ANYTHING anyone around here can do... Try them one time Ill bet you will never go anywhere else....my experience was remarkable fun and upbeat.

Ive been to a lot of nail salons, but Salon Bilancia is for sure the very best because their nail techs are all really talented and they do things the right way! They dont cut corners like a lot of other salons do. I do acrylic nails with gel polish and I always for John because he does AMAZING work. Not only is the exceptionally creative, but he does quality work on my nails. Plus, they serve alcohol and other drinks :) I recommend calling ahead for an appointment though, just to make sure you get the time you want. Seriously, try them and you wont be disappointed!

I am new to the area and in searching for a nail salon I chose Salon Bilancia based on the outstanding comments from customers. I know I am a particular person but I was shocked by the environment of the salon. Nothing was organized, the shop was dirty. The lamps and the nail tables were so dusty. It surprises me the health department has not closed them. The floors need painting and mopped. The instruments that were used came out of the drawer and appears they are used on more than one person. I am used to my instruments coming sterilized and sealed. I have heard horror stories of infections from salons. Needless to say I will not be going back to this salon. Based on the environment and paying $50 plus a tip I get manicures from a more upscale shop and pay less. I am posting this only to let other know they need to check this place out. What is a beautiful manicure if you end up with an infection. I also had trouble communicating with the person doing my nails. Not a good experience.

I LOVE this place. John is the best nail tech, his designs are awesome and his technique is amazing, I never have any of his nails break or lift at all. As someone who doesn’t have time to go to the nail salon every two weeks, he makes sure I’m taken care of and my nails look great when I leave the salon until I come back (usually 4 weeks later). Also their prices are super reasonable for the quality of what you get. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

He keeps everything quiet for a relaxing experience, and his work is nothing shy of perfection! Be certain to schedule an appointment, difficult to walk-in because they don’t rush service.

I scheduled a 10am appointment for a overlay, pedi, and haircut(a week in advance)I arrived at 10am, and waited 15 minutes OUTSIDE the store with 2 other ladies, who also had appointments scheduled.there were no lights on, and the door was locked.there were zero employees present at the opening time of the salon.his techs continued to straggle in all at different times, obviously well after opening time.I do not get in a chair immediately, I notify the staff of my frustrations and ask to be taken care of.I wait 30 minutes before getting a trim, I then was told the tech who just finished another lady, couldnt start my services because she was booked, and I would have to wait 45 more minutes. this is after other walk ins were put in a chair before me. I did not request any specific tech, anyone couldve started my services.there is usually always a scheduling conflict, regardless of weather or any other excuses.it is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least.it is now one hour and a half after my appointment time, and the hair stylist who did the trim is now starting my pedicure.I never got any kind of resolution to the issue.I have been a loyal customer to Jons salons, and have referred several customers for years.I have always tolerated his lackadaisical approach of operations.I have chosen to take my business elsewhere due to his unprofessional approach to resolve multiple conflicts and issues Ive tolerated over the years,at any location. I have never been treated like a loyal customer. I have always waited past appointment times, I never just walk in. I have settled for less than mediocre services, and will no longer be tolerating such absurdity.

Salon Bianca has done my nails since they opened and I have been with John before that. The service is fabulous and the quality of the product is top notch! I had gotten my nails done at other salons and nothing lasted on my nails. When I was introduced to John I told him what my prior experience has been with gel/shellac so he did what he does best and my nails look great for two weeks. I have great nail because of John and his staff at Salon Bianca! I get compliments on a regular basis!

I recommend Salon Bilancia!! Im in the hospital and needed my nails done a week ago and didnt know it was possible till I called here. Amanda and John came to my room and fixed me up. I was very pleased with the job he did. Very nice people. Most definitely be going here in the future when I get out of the hospital. Amazing work, absolutely love my nails thank you again!!!

Salon Bilancia is the BEST salon in the TriCities! I’ve been going to this salon since they opened and I recommend them to every one! My shellac always lasts for 3 (or more) weeks without cracking, chipping or peeling! I have always been happy with my visits and the staff is amazing! Definitely 5/5 Stars!

Got good reviews from a friend so i decided to go. went for a full set and it was OK. They advertise 20% for new clients that i never got. The biggest downside was i had an appointment and still had to wait about 30 min to get started. When i went back for a fill, the woman was nice but had multiple interruptions and then switched with another girl. My “almond” nails were never reshaped after she drilled the nail down for length so i was left with a flat top on three fingers. Way overpriced for less than amazing work.

Such a wonderful experience. New to Johnson City and I found my go to spot. Very nice, fast and good quality work. I plan on taking my mom here and that says a lot bc of her high standards. Easy 5/5 stars.

Love this place. I have been to almost every nail salon in jc. I have had gel, acrylic, shellac, and pedicures everywhere and they are by far the best. They never hurt me, never tear off broken acrylics, and always do repairs for anything broken or chipped (which is rare) at no extra cost. I have very weak nails that break a lot and they even went out of their way to find the best products for my nail type. They also have a cute selection of clothes to look through if you have to wait. Great staff too, all very friendly and eager to do what you want. Big fan!

I started out with a 5 star review. However, less than a week after getting our nails done, they have chipped and peeled off and what hasnt is cracking. Our techs were great. But Im disappointed. They said they would fix them within a week but we would need a whole new manicure each.

First time at this salon and the young lady that I did my gel nail was very sweet and professional. My baby shower was the next day and I needed my nails done simple and not over the top. She helped me pick out my nail color, once done I tipped her. Upon paying for my actual gel nails, with my real nails the total cost was $21.00 dollars. When asked why so much I was told “ she put your hands in the machine? WTH!! That’s part of drying the nails. Smdh. I’ve NEVER paid that much for gel nail (with my real nails) other places in town it’s $15. With that price amount from the owners, how can the technicians make decent tips. I’m sorry but due to cost I won’t be back anytime soon.

Most of the techs are fresh out of school and are inexperienced at nail design. My pedicure took 1 hr and 45 min, mani took 1 1/2 hrs. I paid extra for designs on my toes and had to go home, remove the polish and redo my toes myself. I will not be going back there.

I have been a customer here for over a year and i went in for my appointment yesterday was running an hour early so sat and waited 5 munutes before my appointment was told it wasnt until next week. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I made an appointment at 7pm, and had to eventually leave after 45 minutes of just sitting there. The man was working on a lady that complained about everything that he did!!! No matter what, she would fine something to complain about. Not to mention, nail techs were just sitting around not doing anything even after seeing me just sit there.
