This is going to be an HONEST non bias review, I didn’t check reviews before going. ( side note ) my mother and I had planned on getting our nails done all day, we went to 3 different nail salons and all were busy so we just called LA Nails to see if they did walk ins, they did! Boom! So we get there, nobody is there we are the first! I told them I wanted a manicure and a design, my mother wanted a full set. We got sat beside each other which was nice and they were very nice people! However… then it started. after not even 10 minutes people started piling in, things got hectic and they had us waiting there for an hour and a half on and off, switching us people and all kinds of things which I think is why things were so sloppy, one of the guys had the TV so loud and you could already barely understand some of them. The picture as shown with tattoos is what I showed her, she was very sincere in saying she didn’t know if it would look good, so I decided to let her try anyway. Long story short… it looked terrible but it was okay! So I made her just do all fingers as dots which was kind of disappointing because I didn’t think she could do a lot of what I wanted.. but she had left so much paint all over my and under my nails, never cleaned under nor my mothers & as you can see by my mothers nails she had a red color before and you can STILL see it! My mother has real nails and they look so fake because of how thick they made hers. Long story short I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to really anyone because they couldn’t do simply designs or tasks. I ALSO noticed that it wasn’t very clean and the desks were broken and had holes in them. Take this with a grain of salt because you could get good results! But I’d save my money. All 80$ (which is too much for what we got)

Do not go here! You will regret it. They are very rude and do a terrible job. They ruined my nails. When the dip started crumbling in less than a week I realized they had drilled way to far into my nail bed. The pedicure was a joke. The polished didnt even cover my whole nail.

This nail salon is usually my go-to for a quick pedicure. In and out in no time. Given, I usually go in the evening a couple hours before they close so that may be why they are usually not busy around that time. This salon stays open a little later than other salons in the area which is a plus for me as I usually go later in the day. I haven’t gotten a manicure done here, only pedicures, but they always do an exceptional job! They are nice people and the main man here is always in a good mood and super funny! He will keep you laughing for as long as you are there! The ladies that do mani/pedis are super sweet and considerate as well!

They closed at 6pm, I walked it not aware of the time they closed. It was 5:46pm, They removed my gel nails and redone them. They stayed late to do my nails, they didn’t rush the process. They took their time. Husband and wife were very kind and talked to me through out getting my nails done. The best customer service I have received! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and time you give to serves others!!!!

Didnt necessarily do bad but the gel polish they used has chipped immediately! after just two days, when other places usually last up to a week or two with no chips!

Tried this place for the first time today and they are AMAZING!!! Didnt have to wait, they were fully staffed and my nails look SO SO GOOD!!! 10 outta 10 for this place!! I will be going back!!

I came here to try and relax after a long working weekend. The initial experience was good, the tech gave a really good leg massage. BUT...here’s where it goes bad. She did not sanitize or put a liner in the pedicure tub. I should have left at that point. I proceeded with the pedicure, and in the middle a woman walked in and sat down in a pedicure chair. She then proceeded to LOUDLY tell her tech about how her daughter was so sick with strep throat. I really felt uncomfortable with this because we are in the middle of a pandemic and I didn’t want to risk getting sick. Not wanting to cause a scene, I simply tried to enjoy the remaining portion of my treatment. Next strike: the tech scooped some sugar scrub out of a very nasty looking plastic jar that all the techs kept putting their fingers into. NASTY!!!!! Not to mention when I have gone to other salons the products they use on me have been in individual dishes that were very sanitary. I finished up with my manicure but as soon as I left the polish smudged and was off by the next day. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!! And here’s the big thing...a week later and my feet have itchy red bumps all over them...pretty sure it’s an infection from this place. BAD QUALITY!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Wonderful pedicure. Wasnt planning to go there but so glad the other places were too busy. Massage chair was excellent and the service was incredible. I will be back ❤

I absolutely loved going there. My grandmother and I couldn’t get in any where else. And I am ecstatic that was the case. Very clean atmosphere. They keep AGT on the tv, which was nice. Super friendly. Highly recommend.

I went for a regular manicure and pedicure and it literally took forever.Several different ladies did parts of both and I left with polish all over my fingers and smeared on my nails 1 week later theyre already chipped and growing out.Never going backed there😦

I would normally give this place a five star. A friend and I drove all the way to Johnson City the other day and I am not satisfied at all. I intend on going back and having them fix them and to be continued.

Walked in on a whim, the service was FANTASTIC! The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every service is priced so reasonably...only paid $25 for a classic pedicure and my feet look fantastic! Definitely recommend!

I would not even leave one star, but you have to in order to post. My Friend and I went in to get tips with dip powder and they are not even or smooth. The only positive I have to say is they offered me water and had AGT playing. Do not recommend for dip powder.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is nasty.When I walked in I look around and there’s nail polish everywhere. They sat me down and the first thing I notice is that there is a nail, that’s not even mine, stuck to the towel in front of me! I look at the towel and there is nail dust on it as well. Then she files my nails with a file that looked like it had been used multiple times before. That’s gross in my opinion. I will not be going back.

As a hair stylist, I spend an average of 10 hrs a day on my feet. Absolutely the BEST pedicure Ive ever received. The lady took her time and was very sweet and professional. No doubt Ill be returning many times! Thank you❤️

Just got my nails done would have been ok if just 1 person did them but I had 3 different people one hand looks amazing the other not so much

Prices arent all that bad. Cost me $45 to have an old set taken off and a new full gel set put on. Staff was extremely friendly which is what made it so hard to express my lack of satisfaction with my nails. They are so sideways and out of shape and the color turned out hideous (not their fault. Sometimes it happens). When I say my nails, my left thumb to be specific, arent straight or even... I literally mean I have to tilt my head sideways to give myself the illusion that its straight and even. The amount of gel on my nails is so thick that my finger tips still feel heavy. If you look at them from the side, it just looks like a big glob of gel on my nail... 🤦 This is horrible. But theyre super friendly!

I love this place. The owner is super nice. I went regularly when I was pregnant. He remembers me and asks about my twins. Staff is friendly. The massage chairs are MAGICAL.

Very friendly workers, but I’m honestly embarrassed to show people my nails and mad that I had to pay. My full set is crooked and thick as could be. Every finger has a different shaped nail. I had to remind her to put a clear coat on🥴🥴

Seriously been going here for like 8 yrs..the new owners (who are not so new now lol)..are the best you could ever hope to happen upon!!Not only are they amazing, they are sweet, funny, personable beyond belief, and def good at their job. Most are nice until one girl did my nails the other day. I thought she was nice and all and did my pedicure well, or so I thought. Woke up today with a huge infection in my big toe and found my bottom of my feet flaking with dead skin. I have no clue what she put on me or what she did but it isnt good. Not to mention when I got acrylics my pinky nail came off. It came off while she was sanding it down and then proceeded to speak in Spanish (thinking no one would understand) and blame it on me. She said I was playing with it, moving my hand too much, and took it off on purpose..... Not cool. Probably never coming back after that. Not to mention there were little kids screaming in the back the whole time and the guy didnt even know what to charge all of us!

Very run down salon and equipment and employees. Male and female. The female was very unfriendly and not very good at her job or just didnt care. My friend and I both had full sets of nails and pedicures done. The female burned my friend with the nail sander three times even after the first time when friend jerked her hand away and told her it really burns! She polished both of us and left unpolished streaks on our feet and hands. The nails are mediocreNothing to brag about. My toenails look as if I done them at home. Better but definitely not professionally done. All the polishes were old and dried out, very little selection. I requested nail art which they said they could do, but everything I wanted was not paint, according to them, but stickers. Not true. Come to find out, all she could do was some dot daisies that look like my six yr old granddaughter might have put on for me. Very unsatisfied and will never go back. Between my friend and I, we spent $100 and honestly, could have done better ourselves.

Take my daughter their place is a freaking joke.. theyre way overpriced... As soon as we got home the enamel started coming off my daughters nails very cheap polish or something Im not sure. Charged me $25 for one coat of nail polish

My nails turned out ok shockingly but the woman who was barely doing them wasnt paying any attention to what she was doing at all. She was staring out the window the whole time and ignoring me and her job and broke a few of my nails and made them crooked before I made her fix them. It took 2 hours for them to finish my solid color nails.

I took my children to get their nails done Saturday paid $97 got to look at my daughter nails they was sideways the color wasnt all the way on and by Monday they was popping off Ill never go back there again!

They are super sweet and do a great job! If youre looking for a high end look then probably not your spot, but if you want friendly, good job, and reasonable pricing..this is your place!

Worst experience I went for a mani pedi my water was cold waited for 20 minuets before it was fixed my paint didn’t lay well... I was left for over an hour ended up leaving with not even half a pedicure and the guy still made me pay 20$ such a damn joke will never come bck

I dont normally go here, but my usual place was randomly closed when they were supposed to be open. So I had to frantically find a new place today for my manicure and pedicure. I chose LA nails not knowing anything about prices or reviews. Immediately they told me to sit in a massage chair and started my pedicure. My feet feel brand new. There was a limited polish collection, but it works. I had French tips put on, nothing fancy, but they look so pretty. They were too long at first, but it was no big deal to tell them to clip them some more. The employees are very nice. The man was the one who started my pedi and my nails.. he is so funny. It was really a pleasure to walk right in and be able to relax and laugh a little. These people care about their customers and make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The prices are awesome considering $53 for a mani pedi. The only thing bad I can say is that its not too astheticly pleasing.. Inside just needs a little makeover and this place would be perfect!! And they were playing old school RnB music!!! Lol always a plus!

The people here are amazing! The lady was literally leaving and closed and she allowed me to come in still and get my nails done. She wasnt at all in a hurry and she charged me just as i was quoted. Extremely long wait! The older male tech couldnt understand that I had polish on toes, and all I wanted was a change. Almost slipped on the tile floor, because he wrapped them up with cotton and foil for me to walk barefoot over to nail tables. He also left gaps on the fills on my fingers, that I had to point out to him. Children crying and left unattended with door shut...will never come back!!
