I’ve used their drop & fold service for over 15 years, great prices and service. As others have noted, there’s a person who’s sometimes in charge and the only one there, who can be discourteous. In mid July 2021 on a Friday afternoon I brought in a heavy bag of laundry and put it on a cart to roll to the front. The employee said “Don’t put it there, you’ll block the way”. There was 1 customer in the place - rolling the cart wouldn’t have blocked anything. I said “It’s heavy, I’ll just roll it then put the cart back”, then he told me to carry it. I was astonished - he saw me struggling with the bag, yet lacked the common courtesy of letting me use a cart. I got angry and said “I’ve been coming here over 10 years, this is how you treat loyal customers?”. He yelled “no service!”. I stormed out, fuming and cursing. I shouldn’t have cursed, for that I apologize. I don’t want anyone to lose their job, but the owner should tell him to be more courteous, otherwise have him do tasks that don’t require interacting with customers.

Had 2 reasons to go here, it was close and cheap. Cramped space, limited machines, dryers have coin slots covered so you have to get attendant to put in coins because they constantly dont register that coins have been inserted.

Its very small and it seems as though the whole community wants to do laundry the same day... theres two older men that works there one is very nice and the other is so grumpy... if you are not Spanish the grumpy one doesnt want help at all... he really argues with everyone about every little thing.. I WISH THEIR SISTER COMES AND TAKE HER LAUNDROMAT BACK OVER..

So far so good. No problem with anything. Good customer service.

Good washers and dryers

Great price. They steal clothes when you do drop off. Horrible customer service. Sign says “New Management”... it’s the same people.

60 cents a pound?! You can never find a better price. About what itd cost you to do it yourself. And they fold everything way better than you could do yourself. Live a little.

EVERY SINGLE TIME IM IN TOWN N DECIDE TO DO LAUNDRY HERE ITS 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 A BAD EXPERIENCE. THERE ARE NORMALLY TWO OLDER MEN THAT WORK THERE AND THEY ARE LIKE NIGHT AND DAY. ONE IS PLEASANT AND THE OTHER NEEDS TO GO BACK UNDER THE ROCK HE CRAWLS OUT OF EVERY MORNING. HE IS VERY GRUMPY AND IS ONLY WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT IF U ARE OF SPANISH DECENT. THE OTHER MAN IS SUCH A SWEET HEART. GOD BLESS HIM. CHEAP PLACE BUT SERVICE SUCKS. MACHINES EAT THE QUARTERS AND THE MEAN MAN ARGUES YOU DOWN JUST TO GET IT BACK. SMH.WITH PEOPLE LIKE HIM RUNNING BIZ IT WILL NEVER FLOURISH!

This place has been going downhill. Last wash use to be at 6:30-7:00pm. But lately, last wash has been 5:00-5:30pm. This is starting to become an issue because by the time I get home to do laundry, it is 6:00pm. So in order to get clean laundry I have to do a drop off. And when I get my laundry, the clothes are so wrinkled that I have to spend hours ironing and re folding. Its ridiculous. I might as well go to the laundromat on communipaw and pay the extra money. At least they are open late and the place is bigger so I wont have to fight for a machine.

NO STARS!!1st I was turned away to pick up my already washed and paid for clothes. No hours where posted. I called and the guy stated we closed when we feel. I returned the next today to get my clothes and he said I could have gotten my clothes. So rude. I mentioned to then that I come to donny wash ever week. The woman retorted you dont do your wash. We do you the favor of cleaning it for you. I answered back its not a favor I pay you. I do not understand why they treat people that want to support their business so badly. I have given them 3 chances and I am done. I will go down to Sudzy even if it is more expensive. The staff there is always been kind. So sad I can not wash my clothes across the street from my place.

Process are reasonable, go early however as they arent a large laundromat and can get crowded quickly

Desperately in need of new dryers. If they are not out of order they burn your clothes or leave some damp ... Smh.. Now I have to buy new work pants.well u get what you pay for...

Great laundry place usually less crowded on weekdays tuesday to wednesdays
