I literally drop off my laundry here every week and occasionally my dry cleaning great service.
The places gets an extra star simply because I can use a credit card to put money on my laundry card. They charge you $1 for the card which most places in the area dont do that, she will give you an attitude if you ask to use the store card if you misplace yours. Make sure if you use a credit card u press the receipt button because if something happens the will give you a hard time about the money. It gets very crowded at 5pm and on the weekends. The owners will take your clothes out the machine if you are not right there . Small machines are $2 pretty good deal but there are only about 10 of them and half of them dont start automatically you have to call the women to start it with a key and its been like that always they are too cheap to get it fixed. they also have a giant machine that can wash very large feather beds. Ive been coming here over 10 years the women who works for them is nice but the owners dont understand customer service, they do not say hello or bother to know my name, and they constantly will cater to their Indian clientele (hence the good reviews are by Indian people) For instance they will let other Indian people put one peice of clothing in each dryer to save the dryer for there friends or laundry that isnt ready for the dryer yet. I had 3 loads waiting over 2 hours to go in the dryer while I watched an Indian guy move one peice of clothing over and over everything 10 minutes. She would throw a fit and tell me I couldnt take up that many dryers if I did something like that and its wrong you shouldnt treat other people better than others when you are running a business, you should get to know the people whove been supporting your business for 10 plus years, for that enless Im broke and have to put it on a credit card, I go somewhere else, they made it clear they dont appreciate my business.
I was there today and the lady that cleans had no mask on. 2 other women in there also didnt have a mask on. Then to top it off another lady that had a mask on felt comfortable enough to take it off. From what I know we are supposed to wear a mask if we are inside somewhere or am I wrong. If I could I would give this place no stars. These have have no regard for anyone else.
Best place to receive money orders. They always have the amount of money you need.
I found this place online and since it was close to my home I did a wash and drop off. Online the price was $.75 a pound. I received the receipt when I dropped it off which had 33 Which to me meant 33 pounds which is what I dropped off. I picked up my laundry to find out they were charging me a dollar a pound. Despite my explaining why I went there and showing them online that it states $.75 a pound, they refuse to give me my money back. I will never go there again. A dollar a pound is too much money. Other places are 75 or $.80 a pound. The owner called me and told me he was happy that he was online but that he was not responsible for what they put online. So I guess if he gets business from being online he is happy as long as he doesn’t have to refund the difference of what is online and what he says they charge. They are all unfriendly and I truly wish I could give no stars. Don’t frequent this place
Very good
Do not bring your laundry here. If you do, ensure to inventory everything and take photos with time stamps. We opted for a wash and fold service and they (as in one of the employees) stole and did not return a sports jersey. A police report was filed. It has a family name on it so at some point they will be seen on the streets. Not smart and very dishonest!! The owners are very nice never had an issue with them but obviously there’s a huge problem here.
Amin is your average laundromat. Nothing special. Suffice to machines available but if youre doing laundry in the evening you might have to wait a while to get a washer or dryer. I do like the value card system that you can replenish with cash or by credit card. You dont have to worry about having enough quarters. Seating is limited and the chairs make you feel like youre in school. Which isnt bad if you want to actually do some work while your there. Wi-Fi is pretty much non existent. Unfortunately, service is rarely delivered with a smile.
Absolutely the worst dry cleaners ever. Never go. I don’t think they even dry clean at all. And the shirts come back completely wrinkled.
Not just a laundromat also a driving school lottery drawings they also sell cigarettes drinks candy they have helpful employees the process MoneyGram and Western Union you can fax make copies and more much more than a laundromat I would recommend this place for any of the things I mentioned plus a lot more including notaries you can play the lottery at the counter or at the machine when I was 17 I went through a mean to get my drivers license passed my first try because of great teaching
