Most useless laundromat run by certain con-Gujaratis similar to the running the country of India presently. I think they are cousins.The machines don’t work here. They’re mostly dirty and broken. The owners of this place are the kind who will steal your money through illicit business practices, and then become hostile when confronted.I have had several unpleasant experiences here until I discovered West Side Laundromat nearby. Newer machines, and cleaner environment make it a very pleasant place to do laundry. The people who run that joint are extremely cordial and friendly too. I’d suggest you go there.

Neat and tidy place, machines are clean (both laundry and dryer). But only front load machines, no top loaders. Expect to wait atleast an hour for a cycle and dont forget to put all your clothes at once. Have dry cleaning too.

Moved from the Bronx to Tonelle and found Ritz laundromat. Its 2 corners away from my building, everytime I go one of the employee opens the door for me as well when I leave. They do that to everyone that goes in and out. The place is extremely clean, staff is very helpful and making sure you use your time and machine wisely. It true as few reviews posted few machines are out of order But, despite that there are plenty of washers and dryers available for you to use. The atmosphere is friendly and diverse. Loved the place a lot.

Not my favorite laundromat … went there once and was very disappointed.

This business is appalling. The customer service is despicable. The machines are constantly out of order and the coin machine needs a repair. An older woman asked the man working at this business to assist her because the coin machine ate her money. He proceeded to tell her that she always complains and should return back to school, implying that she is incompetent. Take your business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and save your money for a place that actually acts upon basic human decency. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

They will not let you do the laundry the way you want to. The person randomly opened the dryer which I was using twice and when I told him the clothes are not dry because you opened it twice he refused to take the responsibility of his actions. I will never recommend this place.

Most of the people go to Ritz because they don’t know there are better laundromat nearby.I go to Westside laundromat now which is 5 minutes away from Ritz as they have all new speedy machines which take only 20 minutes to wash and so many machines.I used to go to Ritz but stopped due to;1) Non cooperative rude staff and doesn’t take feedback positively about their old machines fault and ask to go somewhere else next time for laundry.2) old machines, many out of service machines and no guarantee it will take liquid, powder in washer and dryer will be warm. Their employees say it is customers job to check each cycle.3) Many times if u put coin then machine doesn’t show it and when u complain about it they say did you really put coin?4) Stuff gets stolen very often and they will not cooperate to show u camera recording. They say it is written to not leave stuff but what is the problem in showing camera recording?5) very busy on weekend and have to wait long time and then deal with other problems mentioned above. Once I put 4 $0.25 in dryer and at the end of 32 minutes found dryer was not warm so had to spend another 32 minutes on new dryer.6) once I took my friend there to make key and that guy was doing vacuum cleaning, I requested him that we will wait as my friend came from far but he asked us to come next day. There was more than half an hour to close the laundry but he didn’t make key.7) Nobody knows what is going on in old TV.They should get new machines and offer better customer experience instead of asking to go to another laundromat.I am happy to go to other laundromat now, it takes half time in washer and new machines, always take correct coins. So many magazines and newspapers and good programs to watch on big TV while waiting.

A lot of machines are consistently out of service. The washers are not clean. Sometimes the drivers open mid-cycle. Hot wash is never hot water, only washes with cold water. Lots of money saving tactics by the owners. Bathroom is out of order since atleast a year. Customer service is terrible. The only reason most people I know go there is for convenience. Avoid if you can.

Very friendly staff and owner. They are always happy to help you. The machines are of good quality. They never shrunk my clothes. Place is maintained well. Key making facilities are also available along with laundry and dry cleaning. It tends to be crowded on weekends and evenings.

No restrooms access for customers.

The place is easily notable easily accessible and good helps by the people but looks old. Ceiling rework and painting need to do. Always you can see peoples there. They do service with less charge. Duplicate key and bag stitching is also available. No Tv for time pass or to get News update.

Get your things done at one place. Laundry, Dress alteration, making duplicate keys and dry cleaning and money transfer/bill payment all-in-one place.Get your things done quickly, the early you go, lesser the time you spend searching for washer and dryer.👍

The main guy there was very unhelpful. The machine was clearly broken as it did not dispense any if my detergent. The reason people put detergent/fabric softener is to make the clothing SMELL LIKE THE DETERGENT/FABRIC SOFTENER, thats why we wash clothing with them. The guy had the nerve to say it all washed away but my clothing still clearly smelt unwashed. The guy wouldn’t even leave the counter to help me and said there was nothing he could’ve done. Super unprofessional and irresponsible of them to leave an internally broken machine unmarked.

Machines are too old and dryer doors are very loose. Clothes come out of dryer very often. Also clothes gets stolen here. Very poorly implemented management here.

Initially I was standing there and washing my clothes but later on I met Vipin Kaka who is there from 8am to 5pm. He is very gentle in behavior and well mannered then I dropped up my clothes And pick up next day. The clothes are nicely fold and smell like home. I was very happy with his service . He is the best person for the business. But unfortunately I came to know he is no more working at the place so I m thinking to change my laundry place as the other workers are little rude and not much responsible for clothes. Sometimes they lose my pants and over change my card. But Kaka is the one who takes care very well. I dont think this place is good enough for me now any more. Actually I wanted to give 5 stars but I wanted to right people to deserve it! As he is not working any more so they dont deserve then. This place dont deserve even 1 star without him.

Avoid this place!!Most of the time machines are out of order, quarter getting stuck in laundry machine (laundry machine does not have eject button to get the coin back), staff is rude especially the older guy in morning (dude you never know who speaks or understand gujaraati so better watch your duckin mouth when yappin with other gujjus) and man just shut the business down when you are not interested in serving customers n just picking pockets legally in name of laundry service.I will walk 10 more mins to sip ave laundromat those guys are kind and honest.
