Since there is no listing for the Central Avenue location. I will leave this here.The delivery for my order was over 24 hours late. I called multiple times and spoke with someone about changing the number on my order. Both delivery.com customer service and the laundromat . And still the wrong number was used when delivering my order, supposedly. I received three conflicting stories as to why my clothes were late. They “finished late”. They “couldn’t get in contact with you” even though there’s clear instructions to place the bags inside the hallway of my building exactly how it was picked up. Then it was “there was some confusion with the delivery guy”. And then after all that...my clothes are still damp and badly folded. After being in the laundromat an extra 24 hours you couldn’t even make sure my clothes were properly dried and folded?! I will never use this place again. This company actually because I also had a bad experience with the West Side Avenue location also last month.

I want to edit my review and let everyone know I was helped in such an amazing way! Jake was so helpful and made sure I got my clothes right away. Clothes were neatly folded and organized.——I dropped my clothes off a few days ago. I have yet to even be able to contact these people. Entered the laundromat yesterday in the afternoon and seen my clothes that appear ready - but no employee to be found. I’ve been calling for 24 hours for an update on my clothes and can’t get a hold of anyone. I want to rate this place better but the communication hasn’t been present for me to do so.

Usually fairly clean. Machines have detergent reservoirs for pre-wash and wash but run both at the same time. Prices have increased and switched to card instead of coin payments which ends up leaving excess money on cards. Moving on.

I have used these guys several times, in the beginning they were great. Clothes came on time clean and folded. When the honeymoon phase was great. They also have a wonderful driver named Junior. Shoutout to Junior. After the honeymoon phase was over the clothes started coming back with clorox stains and holes in them even some clothes were missing. I also had to dispute some fraudulent charges from them with my credit card company. The time frame you request on the app is confirmed but when you want your clothes to return on time theres always an excuse that they dont have drivers. If you are use to dealing with a professional company this isnt the one. Junior is the only silver lining in this cluster f*#@

I had a few items of clothing that I really needed to get the stains out of but did not have the time or resources to do it myself. I dropped them off for a wash and fold service and asked them if they can pay special attention to the stains on the clothing. I got the clothes back exceptionally better than what I gave them. I had a light grey sweater that had oil and tomato stains on it and all the stains were gone! Not to mention my clothes smelled incredible and there was not a wrinkle to be found. I highly recommend.

We do drop off service due to a hectic work schedule. Service is fast and friendly, but articles of clothing constantly went missing and other came back with stains/spots. Weve spoken to staff about issue and given several chances. Management apologized for inconvenience, but it doesnt replace missing or damaged items. Will be trying our luck elsewhere.

Best time to go is middle of the week or late nights, Im always in and out. Weekends a no no unless late nights.

We’ve decided to drop off our clothes here for the first time the other day. Yesterday when I picked it up, my clothes weren’t in a plastic bag. They place my clothes directly back from the same laundry bag I used. Some of my daughter’s clothes were also not folded neatly. My blanket is exposed with a couple of hair strand on top. I asked the lady why my clothes weren’t in a clear bag and was left exposed like that. she said that it’s because i didn’t specify it. She said that the lady from the other day normally wouldn’t put it in a clear bag unless you specify it. It doesn’t make sense to me how I had to request this things. My laundry bag is already soiled and it’s unhygienic to re-use the bag without any barriers.Also, My clothes didn’t smell fresh and it doesn’t feel like it was washed at all.The lady was nice enough to offer to re-wash it (diff from the other day) but i’d have to pick it up the next day. I declined since I am really trying to limit my exposure to keep going outside.Additionally,We’ve gone here twice to do our own laundry and we didn’t have problems. Machines are working fine and the staff (on sat morning) is really friendly and welcoming. My only issue is the drop offs.

Everytime I come to the laundromat the attendant is occupied with her kids or they are eating on the tables where people use to fold their freshly washed clothes. Masked are required to be worn yet the attendant and her children over 2 yrs of age arent wearing a mask. The place is always a mess. Not to mention the loudness of the kids as they scream and run around as if they are on the playground. After todays visit dont think I will be back was such a convent spot but the mess and the rudeness of the attendant and her children i can do without.

Excellent Drop off and Delivery back to your home within that area. All New Washing machines and Dryers. Very Clean no dirty floors or folding table. Drop off prices are perfect.

Definitely one of the worst laundromat I ever went to. Went to wash my clothes and the machine didn’t rinse my clothes and all the soap was still in the machine and all over the clothes. Went to attendant and explained to here then she called the other 2 girls and came arguing w me and accusing me of putting too much soap and starting to cursing me out, even one of the customers told me to contact the owner and complain as it was so unacceptable. Tried to contact management but no info was given to me, def this is the worst service I have seen anywhere as they didn’t care because the owner wasn’t there and they knew they won’t get in trouble. Worst service and definitely the worst staff, def never going there again. I wish it gave me the options to add pictures

Clean and dryers dont mess up my clothes

Dropped my clothes & came back the next day to pick up with half my clothes missing. They said they accidentally left it out and some else took it. The girl said manager would call back but that never happened. Please don’t come here. Ever.

After 11PM, homeless people fill in and start making ruckus. It’s terrifying! One homeless man came in and started selling stolen stuff for 25 cents. No security nothing after 11. Needless to say, the neighborhood is also unsafe. Machines etc are clean but it’s not worth it.

I recently moved to Jersey City I seen that this was 24 hour laundromat. Washing machine and dryer was good only thing I didn’t like was that all the workers took up all the tables, not letting the customers have use to the tables.

One of the larger laundromats in the area, its nice, clean and well lit. It can get pretty busy midday weekends.They just started a loyalty program which is nice, youre doing laundry anyway, why not get some perks?They also have wifi which is always nice.

Very clean laundromat, the machines are brand new and there are many machines to use. They even have a loyalty program. Love that its open 24 hours!

I look forward to contributing to my local businesses, and even though this laundromat has let me down more than once I will continue to clean my clothes here because they strive to please all of their customers. I HAVE noticed a vast improvement from a few months ago and I appreciate the effort.

We always use their dropoff service which is pretty decent, socks sometimes are lost but not really a big issue to us. We do our own beddings though and whenever you guys wash here make sure to use the right side of the laundromat’s washers. The left side washers are moldy and thinking of washing my things there are just a nightmare.

Staff here are nice. Machines are fairly new. They are open late.

I am so pleased how this laundromat impressively improved way back years ago in all aspects, and with a very flexible and long hours of operation it sure is very helpful for working /busy people pressed for time.Most of all the managing owner Mr Jake renders an approachable and helpful atmosphere that makes it even much more better.

It is a nice place. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is the air-conditioning. They almost never turn it on.

I really love washing my clothes in here!! Is the best experience you could have when u are doing your clothes. They have everithing you need at one place and there is always good employes that are there to always help u and make you feel comfortable!!!

Please don’t come to this place is nasty smell bad omg the wash machine are very expensive the ask for pay more if you need complete cycle for wash and only gives 27 minutes water is running slowly so sad for the costumer service she say i don’t not about thes new feature i lost my money so sad this need to be remodeled a soon is possible... you need to. Every time we go in, there are several missing items along with stained clothes. I had went in and asked that my 6 bras not be dried, lady said ok. Picked up my clothes and no bras in our laundry bag what so ever. Missing socks. Whites completely ruined have blue marks all over. Along with work uniform shirts. Sweat shirts and sweat pants shrunk after asking not to be dried. We spent so much money on this place every week. No reason for our clothes to be like this or missing at that. Ive called and all that was done was that the staff got repremanded but that doesnt solve all things needed to be replaced this place is terrible!!!!

This laundromat is kind of small to be in the area it’s in. There are steps outside and you have to grab the door while pulling your cart up the steps. That’s a big no no for it to be a laundromat. Should keep in mind the disabled do laundry as well. The floor is unsteady and some of the machines will breakdown while in use.
