Its was cool. In and out service. I went when it first open in the morning. Staff was nice. My only issue was that the counters wasnt cleaned or wiped down for it to be just opening at 6am.

I love this place. Its very roomy and clean, the washers clean your clothes well and the dryers heat very well not too hot and I especially love they have a jukebox that plays all music. One night we had a laundry party, people were dancing and washing clothes, having a good time. Ill definitely return and recommend!!!

The workers are not helpful. The homeless people wash in the bathroom and leave a miss that workers refuse to clean.

The staff is very unhelpful and rude. Also the employees are always using the bigger loads and have many small units but like four double loads.

Definitely worth it. This is my go to laundromat. Dont expect the greatest CS as their is an actual and oft imaginary language barrier. The washers and dryers are the newest and fastest in town. BIG PLUS!! PLEASE NOTE!! If you load $20 on the Sudzy card you get a $5 bonus.

Cheap laundry, cheap Jukebox. Veterans wash free on Wednesdays. Dont get detergent here though its like 300% markup.Gets pretty full on Sundays so definitely wash during the week if you can.

A good place to wash but they do NOT arrive to open up at the time stated so we wait for longer than an hour. I advise if you arent going to arrive early to open or even on time then change your hours!

Pass this place by no no no no no ...I felt the entire place was a hazmat from floor to tables my shoes stuck to the floor and the machines smelled of old water ... there was homeless people sleeping on the benches inside and hassling patrons for change

Visiting the area for a short holiday, used this laundry for a one-off wash and dry.Very convenient, very big range of machines, reasonably priced.Cost me $4.43 all up for a small load of wash and dry. Just had to purchase a swipe card for minimum $5.Customer service counter available to help if needed.

The laundromat is very convenient and spacious. Has lots of huge machines and many dryers. The only downfall is that you have to purchase a card for the machines to wash and use the cardd for the vending machine as well if you want to buy snacks.. Today was not a good day because the card was reading error on the dryers. I was there like a good 15 min trying to get it to work.

They give you 5 bucks with a 20 dollar deposit on your laundry card.

The Worst! The neighborhood crackheads walk in and out when ever they feel like.

The girl that works there allows people there without masks knowing that theres a pandemic the customers should be told to leave there masks on at all times.

I love this laundromat they have plenty of washers and dryers, so you dont end up having to wait for one because someone maybe left their clothes in the machine after it finished. Great location.

If I could put 0 stars I would, so I’ll settle for 1 star. Staff do not tend to their customers, atm charged $7 dollars to withdraw money. They use a card based system to use all of their washers and dryers. However, it takes a while to get the machine started after a couple error signs. This is my first and last time coming to this establishment. Explained to employees that the machine charged me twice on one machine but they said no and would not refund me or further assist me. Do not waste your money here.

These machines only take prepaid laundry cards. The place looks clean and nice, but the machines are a bit pricey. $2.99 for a small washing machine and .48¢ to start the dryer.

At the location on McAdoo Avenue in Jersey City, I regularly leave laundry there for the staff to do. Twice some clothes have gone missing. The manager never called me back. The people who work there are rude and nasty. They barely speak English. The place is overpriced. There is no working phone number so where is the owner? He or she needs to be sued.

Great atmosphere and always have been clean until today when I seen a roach crawling up and down the machines. I just hope I do not see anymore because roaches will catch a ride to your home.

I love the location on Communipaw. The people who work there are friendly and very helpful. I started taking my clothes there and washing myself about 5 years ago. Now mostly I drop off, and I pick them up and Im very satisfied with their service. I really, really wish they had pick up service.Hardy

The people that maintain this place are polite but speak very little english. People washing their clothes are rude and they like to hoard the laundry baskets. You will almost always have to wait for a dryer. Also a lot of the dryers and machine are always out if order. Update: The price is now 48cents for 10mins of dry time.

Nasty Dominican lady when you request something about machine dont work. Their looking and saying why you put there.!!

The workers suck. They hired new people with bad attitudes. They are lazy and the people say no complaints are lying. The whole chain of sudzy suck. I only go their because its close to my house. The prices are outrageous but I guess since they give you $5 for using a $20 then they figure its even. Either they suck. The list goes on.

Been around for a long time I normally get impatient if I had to do laundry but here nah they have a nice big tv so I dont miss the game and if I got the grandson he got play mates and games there to keep him busy and they got deals on the washer and dryer

There was a drug addict in the bathroom smoking crack while there are kids with their parents doing laundry smh. And when I walked in at 830 they didn’t allow me to wash my clothes although the signs states the last wash is at 9pm

Their washers are great but their dryers need tune ups or new dryers because they dont dry too well.... have to re-dry 2 to 3 more times for your clothes to dry up

My child went to play a game and it didnt work. So I asked the laundry attendant for the information of the person or company in charge of the games and the said they dont know. Then i ask for the manager or the manager information and again they claim they didnt know. And stated they dont have a phone number also. They need better customer service

I have been doing Laundry on Communipaw Ave and Kennedy Blvd for many yrs aside from how expensive it is too wash at Sudsy it was the best place too wash Lately one of the Ladies who works there has become quite snobbish to customers except if your hispanic or White then She kiss their feet, She argues everytime someone says to Her there is an issue with the dryer come on now I know there are dishonest people who would try tricks but yoy must have a sense or your Loyal Cuatomers She is such a B@@@@ with an attitude and She has become very disrespectful, also why is all the Television on the spanish channels meanwhile You have customerrs of every Ethnic background Please Train your Employess at this Location if you dont you just may lose lots of your Customers..
