They always open late Im at 7:10 am and they havent opened and GOOGLE says they open at 7:00 am. They already have about 4 months that they do not have hot water and the old woman when a strict machine takes out the clothes in a rude way.

Machines are new, place looks fairly clean. Limited seat. Recommend to go weekdays. Sunday is a little busy. Parking available in the back is a plus.

Very good very fast and the people that work here are sweet !

Since their renovation earlier this year and new management, there has been a noticeable improvement. As a frequent customer of the last 5 years, the issues with this location have never been their staff or their machines, in fact compared to other laundromats in the area theyve always had the most available machines. The biggest problem has been the other customers, however that has got much better recently.

I have been using this laundry for about 9 years no matter what the weather conditions are they never bother to turn the Heat or AC. Back in MAY-2020 the owner repaired the AC but old lady works here took over 15 to explain him that Do Not Turn ON AC instead open the doors.I even hear she is telling customers to go to other place if they want AC or Heat. You are always sweating while washing. You cant stay inside due to high temperature outside, and inside these machines creates. They increase $2.50 for Big machines $2.00 for medium size and decrease 1 minute for dryers. 1 minute is not a big deal but now I have to put 4 quarters where I was putting 2 before which means they even computerized these machines to decrease the Heat they generate. Im only going there coz this is the closest one.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME w/LAUNDRY SERVICE!!I have been using Toms for about 1 year now and every time I pick up my clothes I find someone elses pieces in my bag, continuously having to bring it back to them so that they recognize that they are messing up. Not only that but they do not separate clothes and use bleach. I must admit they are cheap but its not worth it since Ive had to replace everything they have damaged. Lastly, when Ive addressed the issue they act like they dont understand English or act confused. Toms - you just lost a customer!

Its a good one. I got the washing immediately. I could get coins I required from machine inside. Plenty of washing machines and dryers. Washing is about 35-40 min. Place is as clean as it could get. Didnt face any challenge. They do sell detergents. But if they had dryer just above the washing would have been better as I wont have to walk around with my wet clothes and the bags could add dirt to the washed ones. In nutshell its a good one.

Little expensive but the new machines are working great

Weigh your clothes after washing. They tend to steal! I have had 3 pairs of lulu lemon and 5 Id my husbands under armor disappear. The employees act unknowingly when confronted. The owner is never there nor do the employees speak english. Yeah right. Only drop off laundry in neighborhood. Sad that theyre nonapologetic and so disrespectful. This is my first bad review ever. Well deserved. Id leave 0 stars if I could.

Pretty neat spot to do laundry, packed at times but neat. The owner and his wife are very nice. Oh that little old lady always screaming out what number machine is done(Washer #5 lmao) she is nice too and funny as hell!

The washing machines had a dirty smell

This place is Horrible! This place stay crowded! The people that work here don’t control these damn customers on how many machines they should be limited too per person! There’s not a lot of machines for 1 customer to be taking up 5 machines! That’s crazy and ridiculous! They need to make a damn limit for how many machines these customers should be allowed to use (2 machines per person) or move their establishment somewhere else bigger to hold more machines!! Also the people that work here can’t speck english very well on top of that! Which if you been in Whatever country for years at least take the initiative to learn to how speck the native tongue of whatever country you chose to live in!! It’s 2018 LETS GET IT TOGETHER!

Nice place for laundry most of the time it stays busy, i wish they make it 24/7 open.

Very nice owners. $3.75 to wash and .25 cents per 8 mins to dry. Also it gets extremely crowded

The washing machines are good and reasonable. As for the dryers my clothes were still damp after putting to $2 into the dryer. I complained to the staff and they were nasty and refused to reimburse me.

Clean, Quiet and Friendly laundromat. Across from Bodega if you need products.

They are always so kind and helpful to me since Ive been here from Upstate NY. Know problem this far.
