So disappointed with this laundromat. They have stained almost all of my new towels and claim to not use fabric softener. Used to love going here but not sure what is happening with all the new workers—seem like they do not know how to properly wash clothes.

4.25usd for 15min! No waiting! 0.25 for 6min dryer! The worst lundromat Ive ever met!

The washer only runs for 17minutes ($2.75) and it keeps on eating quarterswhen trying to add rinse. When you let the worker know about the quarter eating machine, they deny and accuse one for not using it correctly. Not only wash cycle is set short (stains not removed), they set up the machines to NOT dehydrate enough so you have to add extra quaters to dry dripping wet laundry. Avoid this laundromat if you can. Ive never experienced laundromat like this.Other than that covid 19 safety rules are well followed.

Impossible when I went there to do wash because all the machines were taken by the owners friend that is a home laundry service provider and litterally uses them all afternoon without giving anyone the opportunity to do their wash... I just went to the other laundromat around the corner and will never be back

The laundromat is nice but very small quarters. I am disappointed overall because of lack of enforcement re: social distancing. While there are at least 20 signs directing patrons to leave immediately after loading their laundry I have observed people ignoring these signs, making it impossible to safely do laundry and the person working would not direct the patrons to leave, placing everyone at risk.

I have sent my laundry to Hamilton Laundromat for three years now, and have nothing but praise for Hany and his hard-working employees. My clothes come back nicely folded and smelling wonderful every time. 😊

Will not drop off here again. Ruined my brand new towels with bleach stains. I have washed my own clothes here before and it is quiet, easy, and fast. Machines are good and offer a delicate cycle, which not all laundromats do

Good and friendly service. Never too crowded. Be aware of their dry cleaning services. Not the best quality sometimes.

You have to put a quarter in every 6 minutes to dry. An absolute waste of time. I had to find another laundry mat to dry at
