Very expensive oil change. Wont happen again.
Associates seemed to care more about talking on the phone or to each other than about customer service. Cassidy was quite rude.I was told over the phone the shop closes at 6 and I could come in anytime. Came in a couple minutes after 5, stood around and waited as an associate spent about 9 minutes chatting on the phone with what sounded like a friend and then told me she wouldnt take walk ins after 5. I explained how this was the only night I could get off work early. (Which was also explained over the phone the day before when I called and found they had lost my name, contact information, and the tire they were going to order for me..)2 stars, only because the guys in the shop were very nice to go out of their way for me and give me a hand. Once they actually brought my keys to the guys the whole tire change took only a few minutes to get in and out.
Got 4 new tires. Car came out of their shop with black tar like sealant all over my car. Tires were not sealed properly. They were put on backwards ( tires have INSIDE/ OUTSIDE written right on them. Service desk employee seemed more interested in talking to other employees vs. Offering customer service. Will not be back . Do not recommend!
I got a set of tires. They broke the post on the front driver wheel and had to have me come back another day, they didnt fix it then. Bout 5 days after all that my car starts making this horrible grinding noise and shaking. The IDJITS didnt tighten the lug nuts and 2 fell off and 3 were about to be off. I was almost without a tire! They ARE NOT safe.

The automotive repair personnel are fantastic. They did a check and found out it was not the alternator but the battery.that was bad. Im so glad I went there.
Service and timing was excellent. Friendly knowledgeable employees. I would give 5 stars if they would have done a 40pt inspection. My truck doesnt have a tire pressure sensor so they did replace the valve stems. Its common practice but youd be surprised to find some shops wont do it if you dont ask. I didnt need to ask with farm n fleet.
Still no grilling pellets at this store its been over a month and a half. I will not waste my time stepping into Janesville or any other farm and fleet for that matter.
This place is near impossible to call. It will ring a thousand times before somebody is available to answer, unless you happen to get very lucky.The service is good though so if you can get in, its worth it.
Really did not feel the buy 3 get one free was a deal at all. They truly made the money up for all the added costs they force on you. Service was great. Staff was great. Expensive. Disappointed.

Had 9 AM appointment just to get a wheel alignment and it taken 45 minutes just to start working on my car. They said they are running late but just one other lady in the place to get her tires switched and taken them an hour to get her truck done. Once my car was picked up by the staff and my keys were given to me ANOTHER 45 minutes went by. Didnt get done until 10 30 AM for me. The main store is FANASTIC but the Auto part was NOT at all good.
No one answers the phone here, no one knows anything. Dont go here if you want good/reliable service.

Needed new tires as mine accumulated some dry rot and had leaks in them (they were like 6 years old or something). Got several quotes from dealers and other competitors. Was skeptical of blains reviews (I dont understand how they are only 3.7 stars avg) but after excellent experiences shopping here for 2 years I went against the online reviews and decided that I would give them a call. Ive read that it takes a while to contact a serviceman on the phone, and to be fair it did take a few minutes to reach someone when I called but of all the places I called I easily obtained the most helpful information and a quick honest quote. I was told that walk ins were available periodically throughout the day, and the best time to come was right upon opening at 7am. When I arrived at 7:20am I was told that walk ins were not available until about 1pm. I explained I would make a different appointment but the front desk lady went in the back and talked to the servicemen. They took my key and brought the car back immediately. I already knew the tires I wanted and that they had in stock from my previous call and when I repeated the quote I received over the phone to the front desk everything matched up. They did a quick workup of the car which the report was sent to me via text with diagrams battery checks etc which was nice as I wasnt expecting more diagnostics, (which was also reassuring because one dealer said my battery failed the test and now Im thinking he was trying to upcharge me too) and I was pleased to learn that my car did not need an alignment after a free alignment check (another charge that every other place quoted me). My tires were put on in an hour while i browsed the store and the lady at the service desk even checked me out for the few things I got in store so I didnt have to check out twice. Ive told myself before that I would return to Blains after my previous experiences which are another story, and I plan to in the future.
Asked to have the tires (bought there) rotated and have to particular tires tested for slow leaks.After 1hour 50 mins... Was told that there was no leaks coming from the 2 tires requested to be looked at and since I marked the tires they were never rotated. When a call was placed to the manager (1star CS skills and communication skills) I was led to believe that I had no idea what I was talking about because hes a professional. I still have a tire that mysteriously loses 15 pounds of air pressure with no Puncture to the tire. Walmart although Im not a fan of the store seen the fix the problem in 20 minutes.Thanks for wasting nearly 2 hours of my time farm and fleet Janesville Wisconsin.
