Drove down from Madison to test drive a vehicle I was ready to drive home that day . I loved the vehicle, I offered the sticker price they had on in March this year, now it’s 4K more and the owner wouldn’t budge. Definitely playing the Market. Use carfax.com to see what there prices were 3 months ago .I want to feel like I got a good deal and not being played, unfortunately no deal was made

Strongly recommend doing business here. I drove 3 hours to look at a truck. Great communication. There were no surprises with the vehicle, I was told upfront everything over the phone. No pressure, just honesty and quality vehicles. Smooth interaction and purchase.

Bought a 2003 Silverado and had asked if any issues. The salesman said no. A few days later it broke down the fuel system went. Since I got it it would hesitate. They told me after the fix that the fuel system would reset and that issue would be gone if not bring it back. I did to be told the transmission was going out. I contacted the owner after looking at my paperwork that said they had to fix it since I was never notified during the sale. They marked it as good. She said she call me back and never did. Worst part I have an 1989 Silverado that is a one of a kind that I needed an engine replaced in and was willing to have that work done there too. Now I will not recommend them or use them again.

Stach Auto is a great place for buying a vehicle to repairing your existing vehicle. They have kept one of my cars on the road and went above and beyond with helping me find my new (used) truck!! They are amazing and I highly recommend them. Also, buy local!! 😁

Bought a Jeep from here turns out they cleared the check engine light. It only took a day or so for the check engine light to come back on. The honeycomb in the catalytic converter was breaking apart and of course with just a little test drive everything seems fine. Worst part is with the check engine light on I cant auto start. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Trying to get financing turned into a nightmare. There was no good reason to turn down the loan for a car. I have good credit but not the availible cash. My partner had the available money. But what they found was more interesting was my home. We went from trying to get a loan for a car to refinancing my home to a reversed mortage. I had one phone call after the other Hours and hours were spent on the phone with promises at financial freedom. When all was said and done I did not get a loan or a car. I get one last call offering me a vehical for the exact amount I had for a down payment 50% of the cost of the car I was turned for a loan. What a scam.

BEWARE! Bought a truck for $15,000 and made a huge mistake!!! transmission was out in one week, they rebuilt the transmission and split the cost (no warranty on their work), the egr tube that connects the manifold to the valve was taped (it periodically comes off and we put it back together) the wrong coils for the spark plugs, the dip stick tube broke off the engine, and tonight (only 5 months later) it’s not running again!!

They took the time to talk with me even though it was only a few minutes to closing time. Awesome people to work with. They made every effort to answer questions and address issues both before and after my purchase. My car has been amazing! I didnt think I could ever own something nice. They made this a reality. It felt like the salesman treated me as if his own daughter was looking for a car. Definitely trustworthy!!♥️

I can’t say enough about the stach family. They really make you feel comfortable when you are looking at cars/trucks. They aren’t pushy like most car lots are. My experience with them has been great. I have bought 2 trucks from here and both have been great. I would highly recommended them if you are in search of a new vehicle.

Sent my Chevy Traverse in to replace the timing chain, fix the AC leak and patch up a leak on the exhaust system and Ty was my mechanic. He is probably one of the most skilled mechanics in the area! Had a very good idea of what needed to be done. He wasnt pushy and had the work done in a short amount of time... The quality of work was better than the dealer! As well, the guys that ran the dealership part of it gave me a reliable vehicle to drive each time I had it in for any amount of time. Excellent Job overall!!! I would recommend them to anybody looking for work done or to buy/lease a vehicle.

Just like every other car dealer they think there cars are all nice. The facts of the mater are they buy auction cars and there mechanics are terrible. Yes I have bought a few cars from them and all of them have had major issues. Go to trade one in to them that I paid 19k for six months later and they will only give 13 k whatever will not deal or recommend them again.

Was sold a horrible lemon. Put 1400 in to truck just last week alone. Missing tons of work as truck has been in shop weeks at a time since I bought it less than a year ago. Wish I wouldn’t have ever seen that truck. I ve never walked so much in my life since buying it

Place sold me a lemon 2 months in had to get a new motor and a tranmission to add to it they put random parts in my car trying to charge me for it and those parts didnt fix my car. I had to go to a new dealer to fix it and they tried to say i was aggressive when they kepted my car for 2 months fixing nothing and pushing me back on appointments dont waste your money or time.

I had a brake line rust through Friday the 9th of September. Stopped to see if they could get it in. Told the girl sitting behind the desk what I needed to be fixed,she said let me go talk to the mechanic she came back and said he didnt want to deal with it. My wife and I have used them in the past but never again. They must not need the business.
