Pure Maintenance exceeded my expectations in every way possible when we found a leaky window in our bathroom during a remodel. I called shortly after the window was inspected and determined water damage had occurred in our bathroom. I was directed to Robert S. and from start to finish, he answered every question or concern I had regarding the mold removal and remediation process. He not only was able to easily communicate to when he inspected my bathroom, but he provided his cell phone number for me to text him for multiple days leading up to remediation with the multiple questions I had. I am very, very paranoid when it comes to mold and growth in our home and never once did Robert or Pure Maintenance roll their eyes or tell me off. As a young female who is a new homeowner, this meant everything. On the day of remediation Robert S. brought in his colleague, Robert, who did the remediation. We had a fairly significant mold problem in our almost 100 year old house. We decided to go with Pure Maintenance, because of size of the problem and their use of the dry fog. The Pure Maintenance team was very professional, informative, and timely. They explained each process in detail and why it was important. They were very responsive via text, email, and phone. Its been about two months since they processed our home and theres no mold to be seen. It was not an inexpensive process, but the cost seems to match the quality. The bills are itemized and the company tries to save you money where they can. I would recommend, but I hope we actually need them again.

DO NOT leave any contractors arranged by this company in your home alone!Over $2000, my oxycodone from my cancer surgery and even several pair of nice shoes were stolen during the course of the job at my home. There could be more that was taken that I havent found yet.It was most likely the Supreme Drywall workers rather than Pure Maintenance staff - but that can not be confirmed absolutely.No reparations have been made at this time.

I first found out about Pure Maintenance from google. I called the company and they answered all of my questions and scheduled an inspection the next day.
