I was able to call and receive same day service. The Mgr Jacob was very friendly, and took time to explain the entire process to me, and is helping me with getting an estimate completed quickly. The service tech that came out to physically look at our property his name was Kelvin, and he was as nice as they come! Very thorough and did an awesome job of explaining as well. We look forward to doing business with them!

We needed quick water removal due to a slab leak affecting our newly refinished hardwood floors. Kelvin and Jason did a great job, identified the wet spots and installed containment tents quickly to remove the moisture. Their quick action minimized the damage. They were very professional and were a pleasure to work with in a difficult situation. I would definitely call them again but I hope I don’t have to.

Had a toilet overflow all night and called my insurance. They called out United Water, who sent out their field agent, Jordan Fike, who did an awesome job helping out with explaining where the damage was and what we could do to mitigate it. Over the next four days, theyve been out every day around my schedule to check on the damage and relocate their fans and dehumidifiers. Really great service, and really saved a ton of headache.

Kelvin Nieves is not only professional but a really great person. He was doing work at our home during a very difficult time for our family. I called this company for a quote on a roof leak issue. I was looking for multiple opinions and had already received one quote from a competitor. The sales person finally called me an hour past my appointment time. He claims to be sitting in front of my house and says he’d been on the phone. Guess what? He wasn’t in front of my house- so I had to wait another 25 minutes for him. He looked around the house and said he could not give me an estimate but would refer me to one of his “mold guys”. I made It clear that I would be getting multiple quotes. I have since received 3 other successful quotes for getting this fixed. Meanwhile, my phone has been ringing non-stop because they will not stop calling me. After about 20+ calls, I told Jocelyn to stop harassing me. I will never recommend this company.

Jay and I recently had a leak in our garage. I used this company for some water damage we had in our home due to a leak caused by our AC unit. They came out that same day and advised on to file a claim on our Homeowners insurance. Everything was taken care of by our HO insurance and everything will soon be back to what it was prior to the loss. They were very responsive and informative. I would most definitely recommend! Had a pipe burst during the day before we were expecting Hurricane Dorian to come ashore. My plumber contacted UWR and Shane Gilmer responded within an hour. Shane and Robert went to work setting up machines to dry out the saturated carpet and lower parts of the drywall. My mother had water damage in her home. United Water came in and dried the house as promised. However the construction aspect of the company was terrible. Long delays, missed promised deadlines, shoddy workmanship requiring numerous return trips, mismeasured carpet, wrong materials and many other things resulting in a promised completion date of months not weeks. Calls to the President of company in Florida resulted in no help whatsoever, only a review of company policy. Stay away from their construction company.

Although it turns out that my particular issue could not be addressed, UWR gave me helpful feedback and guidance to move forward on my project.

Technician CJ and Cody arrived at my fiancés home for a mold problem we have had. I only wanted a estimate because my insurance wanted a 3rd party. Cody was polite and got the estimate back but then kept calling and calling everyday to come start work. It was becoming a nuisance. Other than that they called right away and was able to come out at my preferred time.

Two fridays ago I walked into my home to find that the cold water shut-off valve under my kitchen sink had somehow fallen apart. Water had been pouring into my kitchen for, I would guess, a couple of hours. Luckily only my kitchen and dining room area were affected, as most of the rest of the water ran out the sliding glass porch door. Regardless, we needed someone to come out fast and help with the water damage cleanup. We called several services. United Water answered the phone and had a crew dispatched to us within a few minutes. Im happy to say that their fast response helped save many of our belongings. Very happy with their service and certainly recommend them to anyone who needs help fast.

Two weeks ago, Monday @ 8:30pm, the pipe under my kitchen sink broke. Water pressure was so intensive, it pushed a hole thru the living room wall...water gushing everywhere. In a span on 45 minutes my whole house was flooded. I called United Water Restoration Group and in less than two hours, Richard Bartalis, Field Supervisor, arrived at my door to my rescue....he quickly assessed the situation and proceeded to get the equipment ready for the task of cleaning up the water. He was so professional and put me at ease with his expertise and knowledge and actually calmed me down, as I was probably a crazy person by the time he arrived. I had the pleasure of him taking care of my house for five days while all the equipment (around 17 pieces) did its job. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and not once did he make me feel like I was in the way. And he was quite personable as well. To watch someone rip up carpet and flooring and have to drill holes in the cabinets to dry them out, was no easy task for me. I was very confident in his ability to get my house dry and make sure everything was a-ok. He also called to check in to make sure all was going well. A true professional! Thank you, Richard. You made it more bearable....He is an asset to this company in my opinion.

Absolutely horrible experience and deceitful company! They charged my homeowners insurance provider $18k+ for a minor water loss incident that required minimal restoration. Overcharged for equipment usage, days, and made a very stressful situation much worse! Avoid them at all costs because nothing is worse than a dishonest company that overcharges for services in an attempt to commit insurance fraud! Above all else they are incredibly rude!
