I called All Dry USA after 11:30pm and within an hour, Kurt had already contacted my Tenant and arrived on site to investigate the sound of running water inside the house and a huge pool against the front of the house (slab). The Tenant was unable to turn off the main supply line at the water meter. Kurts availability and responsiveness at such a late hour shows that theres Truth in Advertising the 24 hour service! Matthew and crew responded quickly to my initial call via Bob Hammond. They were able to seal off a broken pipe so we can have water for the rest of the day. Then the crew returned a couple days later. They showed up as promised and repaired appropriately.

I am writing this review for All Dry USA in Jacksonville, NC. Our home was damaged during Hurricane Florence and we had to have extensive work done to include replacing the subflooring and flooring in our home. The professionals at All Dry USA were amazing from start to finish. They consulted with me about my insurance claim and called and spoke with the claim adjuster to discuss our situation. They walked us through the entire process and told us how everything would work, which drastically reduced the anxiety of the extensive work that had to be completed. Once the work began, the crew completing the work were truly amazing. Their work was of the highest quality and their attention to detail dramatically improved the aesthetics of our home. We cannot say enough about the true professionals of All Dry USA and would recommend them for any renovations or restoration work.The Supervisor, Project Manager, & Technicians have excellent communication, prompt responses, addressed every issue, concern, great work ethic, patience, and excellent time management. The entire process was seamless & efficient.We are hiring them to do additional work on our home separate from the mold and rebuild. Great company & great people. Highly recommend!

AllDry recently had a crew out here to take care of a moisture problem for me from a leaky chimney cap. Kurt & his team, including both Will B. & Will M. were very professional and efficient as well as courteous, and respectful of my home. They did an excellent job & I would definitely recommend their services. 🙂

Kurt came out late in the evening and did an amazing job explaining things. He broke everything down in a professional and personable way. The next day a team was here. Garret, Will B., Will M., and Matt were funny and made the experience a lot less painful. They got stuff done but still made time to make sure I knew what was going on and didn’t feel like my home wasn’t my home. They did a great job with clean up too. I have had other companies come out and none of them made me feel like they were there for me like these guys. Definitely would recommend. I called All Dry USA after having a water mishap in our kitchen. Kurt came out the same day to check everything out and the following morning had his crew over to set up the dry out equipment which stayed in place for three days. The process was so easy and Kurt was able to answer any/all questions I had. We did have Charley come to replace some things that needed to be replaced. I used All Dry for a mold in a bedroom that ended up becoming a much larger issue. This is the best company for restoration in NC!After being flooded I was scammed by two repair companies... When I contacted Kurt from All Dry USA, we assured me that they will do everything fast and with quality. He worked on weekends, making sure pumps are working properly and adjusted them as needed. He then managed a team of great workers who replaced joists, flooring etc in the property, he even asked them to redo one little thing because it was not done up to his standards. Communication with Kurt was excellent and he never stopped expressing care for the work being done.I can only ask one thing: Kurt, please remain the great manager you are! There isnt even room for improvement! :)I highly recommend All Dry USA!

Used All Dry for a leak under my concrete slab. The team was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Garrett, Will and Will Melton spent an entire Day working on my leak. They were so detailed when explaining the problem and how to fix it . They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. They were 5 stars.

We had water damage and mold in our closet from a pipe that got nailed into by a closet company. Kurt came out right away to assess the issue and was by far the best we had quotes from. He had proper equipment to pinpoint exactly where/what the issue was and even helped walk us through next steps insurance wise (first-time home owners). Through the repair process Kurt was always responsive and on-time; all the of the workers who came were professional and clean. I’m reviewing AllDryUSA in Jacksonville, NC. Our HVAC stopped working over the summer and left our house without A/C for the better part of a month. I recently found mold and mildew in several areas of the house and reached out to this company. Both Kirk, who inspected my house, and Garrett, Will, and Will, who cleaned the house, were friendly, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. The three who cleaned went out of their way to be incredibly thorough in not only fogging the house, but scrubbing all the nooks and crannies. They even swept my porch before they left, going that extra step to be kind to their customers. Easy company to work with, high quality work, and the price was very reasonable.

This year hasnt been easy on anybody and it seems like everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. But thankfully, the team at All Dry, USA hasnt been one of those things. I was skeptical at first, due to all of the negative connotations regarding the contractors/businesses here in Onslow County, but I can honestly say that they have made everything so much easier and I trust them to go above and beyond in their work. From rapid responses for mitigating my water damages to helping guide me through the insurance claim process, Kurt has been with me every step. This past weekend, my kitchen sink plumbing decided to plummet and break. I contacted them and they came right over to help and get it fixed, once again exceeding my expectations. Everything that was wrong was fixed and they even took the initiative to replace parts that would be projected to falter in the future. Had massive unexpected water damage and the extent was much worse than anticipated. These guys worked fast and hard to get the homeowners insurance company to cover the repairs in a timely manner. They did absolutely beautiful, stunning tile work in our kitchen, and both bathrooms beyond what we had imagined. Super happy with the work they completed. Will recommend 👌 it was so nice being able to have 1 company come in and do ann the repairs and work and not multiple ones which delays the completion of the repairs. This company helped me get my second home in Jacksonville ready for the hurricane. Their restoration team was prompt and the service was affordable! Thanks again for everything.

This company should be called Take the Money and Run. An example of fraud and price gouging after hurricane Florence. They over charged for work they didnt even do. 32K for a roof that would cost 6-7K . Numerous charges for cleaning and mold mitigation on rooms that were not touched. They refuse to return phone calls, numerous trips to the office in Jacksonville and there is never anyone there. I have a gutted unfinished house and they have the insurance money and refuse to speak to us.BEWARE!!!

No words can Express my gratitude for this company. I recommend them for any mold, water, and storm damage.
