This company was very professional and very helpful! They showed up right away and got to work doing water damage cleanup on my property. It took them no time at all, they did a great job getting it dried up while maintaining very minimal damage or cutting of drywall to ensure the smallest amount of repair cost after they were done, they kept me informed every step of the way, and their prices were very reasonable for the work they performed! They provided a list of the repairs that would still need to be done to ensure future repair providers couldn’t add anything unnecessary to their estimates, and gave tips for how to prevent the problem in the future as well. They are TOP NOTCH and I would very highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

What can you say about Laura other than she is a gift from the gods? As all service members know, it is difficult to continually move and find trustworthy people in new places. When we moved out of state and began renting out our property in Jacksonville, we knew hurricanes would be on the horizon, but it was not until we met Laura that we realized that we could successfully manage a rental property from out of state. Without her steadfast knowledge and loyal devotion to ensuring the repairs were completed correctly, we would not have been able to ensure the house was taken care of AND our tenants were taken care of. Laura is personable and treats you like family. I normally do not give public reviews but I feel I must warn other potential customers. I hired this company on June 22, 2019 to complete renovations/restoration to my home due to water damage that occurred to my garage ceiling and bedroom above my garage. I was quoted the job would take a month possible two and the renovations would be complete. I was told they needed full payment upfront because they were a small company in order to purchase the raw materials to complete the job. Unfortunately as July 2020 the job has still not been completed. I’ve been given no other choice but to take legal action! Please be advised if you plan to do business with them in the future.

Comprehensive Solutions came in at a very stressful time and helped take a lot of the stress off of me. This is my 1st real experience with a damaging storm here in the Carolinas, as a home owner. I contacted my insurance company and was advised to clean my house out to ensure no further damage was done, but not told how I was supposed to fund it or who was supposed to help me do it. I contacted comprehensive solution and the owner Ms Gray came in and took over from there. She was beyond knowledgeable in this field. I am a single mother and have a full time job, so to spend my days arguing with the insurance company was not ideal for me. When the insurance companies tried to short me, Laura came in and sent detailed information on things the initial adjuster had left out, or just failed to put in, ensuring I received what was needed to complete my home and replace my belonging. I experienced a hurricane in 2016. The adjuster came and only wanted to pull up my carpet to dry under it. He also missed other things that were damaged. I was very frustrated. Laura Gray was a friend of mine but I didn’t know what she did for a job. I started just sharing with my friend the helplessness and anger I felt over this damage. I have kids with asthma and on going problems, so the mold was making all of us sick. Laura ask to see my estimate, got mold testing company to come out to test levels. She came did inspection of my house compared it to the estimate from the insurance and started a list of what was missed. When she was done I had new carpet and everything was fixed. She really is expert in this field. Fast forward to hurricane Florence I received even more damage a tree fell on my house. Once again the adjuster missed items, I even had gone to another carrier, thinking that was the problem. I had just put all new insulation under it from the other claim. The adjuster came and said it wouldn’t be covered that would be under a flooding policy, which I didn’t have. I only had Wind and Hail insurance. So once again I called my friend Laura. She ask for me to send pictures of damage and of the house. In literally 30 seconds she identified that it was my gutters redirecting the water up under my house. So yes it was damage from storm not flooding like adjuster had said. He came back out and verified. I really was lost and overwhelmed with dealing with insurance company. But Laura Gray from Comprehensive Solutions stepped in a did it for me with great knowledge and skill. I recommend her services 100%!
