We had a toilet tank burst in our master bath that flooded into our bedroom. We called three companies. The first showed up and gave us an estimate of over $3000.00 just to pull up about 12 sq.ft of laminate and set up the usual drying equipment. I told them thanks but no thanks. Then Frank from Dry it Fast came over. Unlike the other company Frank checked affected area with a device that checks for moisture. He determined that because we had the water cleaned up in just a couple of minutes the water had not saturated under the laminate flooring. He set up dehumidifier and a couple of blowers.I can tell you that I would highly recommend Dry it Fast and Frank if you want an honest and professional service. Frank went above and beyond by coming back and reinstalling and painting the base board. He also recommended a plumber to replace the toilet and they were great as well. Thanks Frank!

They fixed my busted water pipe in my apartment once. They did an awesome job with it. They even checked around the place for leaks and made sure it would not happen again. The best experience Ive ever had with a company of this type.Lets set up the situation: got a call from my brand new renters in 32259 at 9pm CST Monday night that my hot water heater had failed and leaked into the house. As I was driving I searched for a good local company to resolve the situation...I did not want a ServPro or some corporate monolith, I wanted a local business I could trust.I came across Dry It FAST on google and watched their technology on Youtube, coming away impressed. I called the number on the web and was shocked when the owner answered the phone personally...at 10pm EST! Turns out Frank was working another job in the same zip and said he could have someone come relieve him and he could get over to my house in about an hour to look at the damages.Sure enough, about an hour later my phone rang as I was pulling into town and Frank had a full update for me while texting me picture of the damage and moisture readings. Thank god, the damage was bad...but not devastating. They told me they could start the restoration the next morning at 6am and I could tell this guy was the real deal so I gave him the go ahead before we even talked pricing.The next morning I had pictures of all the equipment running by 8am and an update on the timetable. Since the technology he uses actually heats the room, the walls and the carpet he was optimistic we could save the drywall, the carpet and maybe the baseboards. Two of the three ended up being true, the baseboards swelled too much for saving. The process took about 2.75 days and completely saved everything it could.Now the best part, Franks rate to get all this done was spot on with what the online tools I consulted said it should be...in fact, it was even lower than one of the suggestions. If I could give them 11 stars I would, they were that good. If you have water damage, dont hire anyone until you call Dry It FAST for a first, second or third opinion.
