We hired them for mold remediation in one of our bedrooms, after discovering mold and having it test positive for being toxic. From the time we made our appointment, we were treated with the upmost professional customer service from beginning to the end with this company. The man who came to give the estimate and later performed the work was totally awesome, he arrived on time and after his inspection he explained to us in detail what to expect and provided a time-line for each service that we needed in order to get things back to normal in my house. The chemicals he used were not harsh and didnt have a bad odor like some Ive experienced in the past. Over all they did an excellent job with cleaning up each site and sanitizing, and purifying the air. I highly recommend this company to others and most definitely would use them again if I experience and type of water or mold damage in the future. I flooded our kitchen and adjacent rooms one evening. BCIAQ was dispatched at 10:30p. They were able to remove the excess water, removed all of the wet base board, and started the drying process. The diligently worked through 4am to get the job started. They went above and beyond.They followed up when they said they would and showed up when they said they’d be there. Andre was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Courteous and professional.Please do not hesitate to do business with this company. They will leave you completely more than satisfied.

Andre was very professional and precise! He explained everything clearly to us, as this was a new experience for us! Even though his testing showed we didn’t have the problem we were concerned about, we still pursued his complete treatment. It made sense as we were already going to remodel. He was transparent and we could have not pursued the full treatment- I respect that. He let us choose what was the best route for our budget/ goals versus just trying to make a buck! Very clean and left no trace of debris when he was finished. Would use again in a heartbeat!
