In Early March of this year I met with Matt Young out of the Jacksonville Office for water damage sustained to my home. At first he was timely, professional and easy to arrange meetings with. I spent a couple of hours with him showing him the project, he took measurements, had me sign paperwork so that he could talk to the Insurance company on my behalf a month ago. The one time in a month when I was able to get him on the phone, we discussed that even if my insurance was not going to pick it up, the work still needed to get done. I asked Do they do this type of repairs and can I get an estimate to proceed self - pay Sure no Problem......... Crickets !!!I have been texting him, calling the office only to deal with a fellow Mike who has no idea what I am talking about but assures me he will give Matt the message to get back to me yesterday. No call No Nothing, called back again today - Matt is in a meeting....I get a text message from this clown I am not going to be able to get to this.....Mike was going to get to the bottom of this... the GM got involved and the answer I got was they dont want to do it What in the hell ?Why did you waste a month of my time ???? NEVERMIND that this is an active leak !!!!!!DO yourselves a FAVOR STEER clear of this MICKEY MOUSE operation.

I will post my extended review in the future.I can assure you it will not be a pleasant one.
