I called to get a message to my doctor and the Rep Heather was extremely rude to me. She told me my doctor wasnt a Psychiatrist.... I told her I didnt appreciate how she was being and I wanted her company name to complain on her and she refused several times to give it to me and hung up on me. I have the calls recorded and will be sending them in to the owner of this company.
