I chose to go with Tellers Truss doing the housing crisis of 2021. Before I contacted the agency, I had a few pre-approvals from some of the well known mortgage brokers. During the housing hunt, the competitive market made finding a house and getting an offer accepted very difficult. Tellers Truss assigned a team to my case, advised me on the best ways to be competitive, and worked aggressively with sellers to get my offer through.When it came down to financing, without knowing the rates of the competitors, Josh was able to secure an interest rate well below every other quote I was given. This was a big deal for me because after I told the other mortgage brokers about the rate Josh was able to secure, the other brokers claimed to be able to match that rate. If these companies really cared about getting me the best deals (as they claimed) they would have quoted me those numbers to begin with. Additionally, at closing my costs were 80% lower than what the other mortgage companies quoted me. On top of these things, Tellers Truss worked hard to make sure my deal closed on time, because I was living out of hotels at the time and in need of closing a deal fast.I can honestly say Tellers Truss is a company that will hard work for you, and has your best interest in mind. I am actively recommending them to my friends and family.

Honest people. I easily could’ve easily used a different realtor but I stuck with Tellers Truss for their genuine service. Not desperate to sell you what you don’t need, they help you find the right house for you. 10/10 would recommend.
