Due to that perfect experience without hesitating i gave them a 5 star.

Renters Warehouse has been my first experience doing business with a rental agency and I must say, Kristi Gregory provided great customer service to us once we moved in. She even offered to pick up trash left by the previous tenant and not cleaned up by the work crew, in her personal car!! That is some dedication to the customer right there. SCAM ALERT!! Property manager Vance Brandon listed a property for a rent that was not available!! The place was listed available up until I filled out the application and paid the fees!! Then minutes later I received a email from him stating that the property was no longer available. He never processed my application but refused to return the application fee. He advertises properties that are unavailable and as soon as he gets the fees, he informs you that the place the place has been rented. Scam!! If you are looking to rent go to the bigger companies unless you dont mind throwing away money. And when I was finally able to reach him, after 3 days of leaving messages, his excuse was its a risk you take. Very Unprofessional!!

Renters Beware!! They were wonderful while we rented for two years, but our move out experience was hell! I personally cleaned the house through and through. It was sparkling clean when we turned over the keys. Yet they kept our ENTIRE $2,000 security deposit! They said we owed money to repaint the entire house!!! Even though the house was fine. They also claimed they needed to replace every carpet. They do not allow for any normal wear and tear. The carpets were fine! It was a brand new home when we rented it. We didn’t destroy the home in only two years. If that weren’t bad enough, they sent us to collections for an additional $600 without ever sending a single bill to us first! I still have no idea what the $$$ is for. I can’t believe how horrible and unethical they are to renters on the way out!

I was in the market looking for a quality property management company for my house here in Jacksonville, FL. Someone had recommended Warehouse Renters and talked highly about the company since he has a rental property back in Va that they manage. So when i was ready to relocate, i decided to contact the company, from the beginning my assigned agent by the name Vance was so unprofessional. The first time he never showed up, i called him and he rescheduled to come on Saturday morning. On Saturday i was the one who texted him to check if he was still coming and he informed me he will come the next day in the morning. He never called or showed up the next day either. So for any military family on PCS orders i would recommend using Navy to Navy, they completely changed the experience i had from this unreliable company.

Beware! I moved in to a home during Covid...they claimed it was cleaned. It may have been before multiple showings. I asked before signing my lease about access to the ring doorbell that was installed on the home. I was told I could get access to that and a digital deadbolt. Unfortunately neither were true. Apparently the prior tenant was more than likely as unhappy as Ian and ran off with door keys, mailbox keys, and all access to the doorbell and digital locks. Imagine how safe I feel, paying close to $1700.00 a month. I was instructed to go to the local post office to request a mailbox lock change. The local post office says it’s the HOA responsibility to change the lock, so here I am about to pay second months rent and have not been able to receive any mail that Ive been waiting on. I spoke with several people managers, supervisors and leasing agents...and it has become my responsibility to get this taken care of. Although, I was told the previous tenant received their entire deposit back. Clearly without returning keys. I have now paid almost $100.00 to get a PO Box in order to receive mail.....All I can say is BEWARE!

Roberta Brill was the most kind and informative women. Moving from another state to a state I’ve never stepped a foot into, Roberta made it so easy to feel comfortable with her and the decision to move there she went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with the property we were looking at including the neighborhood she even took us on a drive through FaceTime in order to show us where we would be living and was gracious enough to be my point of contact because I don’t know anybody else in the area. Our realtor Jennifer Bailey is the BEST! She went out of her way to show us every listing they had available for the area we were interested in... very reliable. She explained in detail all the questions we had and answered them with full knowledge... I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know is moving into the St John’s area! We have been renting now for a while and I still call her woth questions and she ALWAYS gets back to us... this is the kind of realtor any company would be proud to have!

I wasn’t happy with how hasty the company was to collect a late fee because of poor communication.However, after not making progress with customer service on the phone, I emailed them and Jenna Cornish who is a supervisor for client services promptly replied and courteously negated the late fee. Thank you Jenna for allowing common sense to prevail.

Terrible experience. I hired them to rent out my house. They wouldn’t give me advice on what to repair to get it rented unless I signed a property management agreement. The property management agreement was full of fees and would require me to give them 2 options to continue to manage it. They made a mistake in not collecting all of the money required from the tenant and when I called them, they tried to get the tenant to pay more which upset the tenant. After arguing with them, they finally sent me what they owed me. Took over 3 weeks to get my money. Hard to get in touch with. Debra Pappas the local sales manager is not always responsive. If you have problems with her you have to got through their corporate office in Minnesota, send a complaint in writing and wait for them to respond. Stay away.

Terrible would be an understatement. These creatures are absolutely horrendous. Getting in contact with someone is a nightmare though they don’t mind harassing you about fees that you don’t owe due to their own lack of communication. These people will tell you anything to get a dollar from you. Downright pathetic. I advise to all.......STAY AWAY! They won’t give you anything in writing. They say stuff over the phone to get you to commit. It’s a shame that you can’t trust a business to be courteous and professional. Lesson learned.

This place is a sham organization who does a horrible job communicating with renters. They also send you bills and charges that are not owed after you leave. They dont give you receipts or any proof of anything. Then they send your bill to collections. As a veteran of the US Army who has moved all over the nation and world, I have never dealt with a more unreputable company. Horrible!Additional note from 25 NOV 19:In their follow up response they say there were unable to locate me which is a lie. I have been in contact with their local office and their local office keeps giving me the running around. She keeps saying talk to corporate even though she was the one who did the inspection and handled my account our entire time.

My wife and I used this company to manage our rental and we are very unhappy with the services. Our tenant had a 2 year lease and during that time there were no inspections of the property. Bottom line is that they moved out before they could be evicted and left the house with $15K worth of damage. All we received from them was an Im sorry. and a refund of a $300 pet deposit. What was explained to us by our sales agent in the beginning was far different from what was actually in the contract in the end. Be sure to read the fine print, and make sure you are ok with you paying the fee when the tenant is late, etc.... They lost all the images from the original inspection of the property before the tenant moved in, and had no images from intermittent inspections, that never occurred, which would have shown progressive damage and made it easy for us to get rid of them and minimize the damage. Not having those images makes it difficult for us to prove damages in any lawsuit we might choose to pursue. No help or assistance in trying to track them down etc.... Communication and followup from their end was always very poor. We always had to do the calling to get the answers on which they said they said they would get back to us.
