A lot of companies I called to manage my properties wanted me to sign a contract with them. After having a bad experience with another company one of the main reasons I went with Chris is because he doesn’t do contracts. He said “ if you’re not happy you can cancel just give him a 30 day notice” he said he feels if he makes a owner happy they’re not going to leave. That couldn’t be more of a true statement. They rented my property in 3 days and got more rent than my previous management company.

Going on my 2nd lease with Captain Kirk. Working on my credit to hopefully ill be able to use them to buy next year.

The agent who showed us the home (John Felix)that we now rent was a super nice guy. So far so good on everything else.
