Tammie Boykin Flanagan was amazing. She worked to find us not only the perfect home, but the perfect location as well. We described to her what we were looking for in a new construction home, and after visiting over 30 different properties, we decided on the very first lot and the very first house design that she showed us. She walked us through everything with an genuine interest in what we wanted and showed that she actually cared. We felt more like friends than just clients and agent. I cannot say enough good things about Tammie as a real estate agent as well as being a wonderful person. She truly listened to our thoughts on our dream house, and the fact that she brought us to the exact lot and showed us the exact model house on the first visit, shows that she knows, cares and listens to her clients. I have had a few real estate agents in the past, but she is head and shoulders above them all.
