If I could rate them a zero I would have. Andrew Saltman would make a wonderful used car salesman but should probably stay away from dealings that involve hundreds of thousands of dollars. After 3 days of high pressure tactics he became upset because I was still talking with my current mortgage holder regarding my refinance. If you have good credit and savings do not bother with this company or man, he will not be able to make more than his fee and will lose interest in serving you.

What can I say about Andrew... When i was just starting to think about buying a home he told me i needed to start saving all that i can and what to pay down and how to get my credit score where it needs to be, even though i didnt know if i was going to use this services. He would check up on me every two to three weeks to see how things were going, this went on for at least 9 months. When everything was good on my end to start to look for homes he was there for every question. Ready to see any home that I request for a showing. Answered calls on Monday through Sunday at any time of the day. Its was very easy to talk to him and to discuss what is best for me and my family going forward. It took about 30 days to close without any major incidents that he wasnt able to handle. The guy is awesome at this job and turn out to be a great friend. I am planning on buying another property in a couple of months and you can bet that I will be using Mr.Andrew again.
