Completely unprofessional, screened my calls and eventually when I finally got a hold of them after repeated attempts told us seller moved forward with application left me and my family 3 days to find a new home, we dealt with Meagan. As a member of the JAX chamber of commerce I strongly warn against doing business with this company. Update, immediately received a call after posting this (which was the one and only time they called us and I didn’t have to call three times and leave multiple messages in order to contact them) and was explained that one of our applicants didn’t have the proper income verification and that it was his fault for the experience, let me clarify, we are not upset at being denied we are upset at your poor service and communication and lack of professionalism. Calling me and telling me it’s our fault and laughing on phone is a reaffirmation of the clear lack of professionalism, I wish you had been this communicative prior to the application being denied perhaps then could we have turned in proper forms. I recommend Rocknhomes or Yellowfin for property management services, caring, attentive, and only employs professionals !

Very horrible! I rented from them for a year at, 8515 hare Jacksonville. And the did not give me my deposit back! They said I didn’t clean the house and that I didn’t clean the carpet! I have videos and pictures of how I cleaned this house! THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR DEPOSIT WHEN YOU MOVE!!! AND THEY KNOW DAMN WELL THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY MONEY!“STAY AWAY FROM HERE”
