The support staff is excellent, and the willingness for them to adapt new technology has been as well. One thing we would like to see if automatic text through action plans. This is big for us...otherwise, everything else weve requested, they have produced!

Weve loved working with Seize The Market for nearly 4 years in our real estate sales business. Id say our favorite single feature of the system is all of it :) The fact that it literally does just about everything. All of the other majors like Boomtown were missing key elements.We manage listings, closings, and lead mgmt all from STM. We look at closing reports daily that come to both email AND are available on demand in the CRM. Its made using sales history + pending sales to make future growth projections. Is it perfect? No. We havent found the CRM that is. But its a complete system and their team is actively striving to improve any kinks that serious users will undoubtedly unearth. My experience with STM was that the system was disorganized and clunky. I had to click through many pages to get to what I needed and it was so complex that figuring out where to go was cumbersome and time consuming. And I am not a novice to computer programs, I can usually figure out a program quickly. For example: If I had a seller that was buying as well, the system required the contact to be in the system twice, once as a seller and then another page for buyer. If I put a note in on the seller side, it would NOT update on the buyer page for the same contact. So notes were not complete and I would have to page around to get the full picture. Texting through the system was weird, I could text a contact from their contact page, but if they responded it would not show on their contact info, I was directed to go to another page to find the text response there. Those are just two examples. I also could not connect with some of my referral sources not to my 1-800 call capture system. There were so many oddities and disorganization that I finally gave up. I made the mistake of paying the full year upfront because I was sold a bill of goods. After 6 months of of working in the system and asking them to help or make changes, I finally asked to be let out if the contract. Christine Lee would not let me out. I had my attorney review the agreement and found out that I could not get out. So I paid for a system I didn’t use for 6 months. What a shame.

Horrible experience. Complete waste of money. I asked and was told they could help me with two solutions in my business. I didnt get either one. I did everything they asked me to do. Complete waste of money. Would never recommend. Steve pate Remax
